I think your estimate is right on the money if dpc plan on releasing on 12mos cycle but we all know he likes to add atleast 3 mos everytime he finishes n episode

Honestly? This should not be teased at all, i've been following the game for some time and i've never seen a Tara preview or Cinderella preview before we even interacted with her or something like that. There is nothing to theorize about this random render honestly.
I think DPC should hire not devs or graphic designers but a community manager who knows how to keep the people hooked between releases.
But my theory is that this character will not be meaningfull at all.
