So, in Chapter 3, does anyone think that kissing Bella in the library may be a time bomb like Jade’s handjob? “The real reasons to her tears… and to her persona… I wouldn’t have kissed her that night. I would have called out for help.”
It just sounds so foreboding. Either Bella’s secret is really going to knock us for a loop, or this will, by far, be a plot point that falls flatter than Maya’s resolution.

I doubt it, the kiss ties more into the talk we had in Episode 10 and the trauma of losing her husband (and potential child). At least that's how I see it. A time bomb like Jade seems less likely, especially considering the different nature of both choices.

If it makes you feel any better (it won’t) I am rebuilding my first playthrough (which is glitched). I thought it would be a fun thing to recreate the feel of my original run. I was a bit of a DIK playboy…
Knowing what we know now, I seriously sat for 10 minutes yesterday trying to get the courage to “sabotage” my game. Yes, I played patty cakes with mommy Jade . No, I am not proud of myself.
But, I do want a playable copy of the only time my choices were purely all my own. So, sacrifices must be made!

These were my past thoughts on this, more succinct.

Actually thinking about in relation to the library scene in Episode 3, I can see why the MC narration talks about calling for help.

Bella is completely heartbroken over losing her child—miscarriage, or SIDS, or even somehow indirectly being her fault, hence asking James for forgiveness. It's not just James she thinks she's betraying by hooking up with MC, but the kid too—and is holding onto the desperate idea that James is still alive somewhere. Because if he can return, then so can the kid (metaphorically, I just mean have another child). Broad strokes, I can see that something like this.

I actually had another idea that I didn't mention in my original comment, but you are hovering around it with the talk of double meanings and Bella being referred to as a mom, so here it is: her child was named James Roberts Jr.

where do i put the transfer file?

In the folder that keeps all your RenPy saves, there will be a folder labeled "persistent" place your transfer data in that folder. Or if you can't get that to work. Simply load up a "End of Season 2" save then click once from that screen to save and let the computer do the work. Once you've done that run the Season 3 build of the game then press "Import" in the main menu. You can then load any save you imported from the "Season 1&2" build. Hope this helps!!
