Steam version is the same as Patreon version in general. Only difference I remember from past seasons is that if you pay extra for the official walkthrough DLC on Steam, you can access it from inside the game. Saves between the two are not compatible though, with the exception of the end of Season 2 import Saves to Season 3. These can be transferred between the Steam and Patreon version.

Seeing all the fun times this game provided reminds me that dealing with eternal and boring dev cycles and dealing with DPC BS from time to time is worth in the end
Seriously, no game has really reached the same highs to me, which is a shame really, I tried them all.
There just something that really clicks with me with BAK.
No other game would make me clear my weekend and run as fast as possible from work to just get to play the new update.
Thanks for the reminders my friends, this dev cycle might be more boring that watching paint dry but I have no doubt EP 12 will be worth the wait.
Now, enough bittersweet BS, I gotta a reputation to mantain here dammit.

A shame we still have 11 months (ish) but thats the price for quality...

That also means EP 13 will take a extra amount of time of course...
It will be a 18 months wait in total, but yes it will be worth it!

Honestly you could've just left that last part off and the answer would still be the same. Healthy relationships in this game are rare as fuck.
Pretty much the only one I can think of is John Boy and Elena. Sure, his whole cuck thing exists so players can bang Elena, but their relationship is still healthy and she doesn't seem to be having any second thoughts about her man after getting a taste so I don't think we're going to end up playing homewrecker.
