• S1 + S2 is the same executable, whereas S3 is a different one. That's why they are separate.
• NO. Do not combine downloads (or files, rather). S1 + S2 goes into one folder, and S3 + Ep 11 into another.

Therefore,

1. Download S1 + S2.
2. Download S3 + Ep 11, as it has the 0.11.1 patch applied.

Now you have all current content.

No mods. Didn't set skip unseen text at first and that's how it suddenly skipped the entire episode. I didn't skip interlude

Weird... Only thing I can think of is downloading S3 again from OP and replace everything.
