Well Nora does break up with MC after she finds out he is a B&R student. This happens in ep 10 and it can't happen on Bella's path. So MC learns about the lie when Bella confesses in ep 11 while we the players were given heavy implications that Bella wasn't entirely honest in ep 10.

Exactly. That is one of the main cons she has, but also why there are brother who would actually pursue this not for shits and giggles but legitimately.
It looks more like a SD card than a SIM card. It probably doesn't matter as it serves the same purpose for the script: she's covering her tracks.
