This is why I don't think a threesome with Jill is likely at all. She really needs the romance and the intimacy, and while threesomes don't inherently lack those traits this game does not really treat them in such a way. Like, JM yeah, they have to be because it's a throuple, but that relationship is also a paper bridge in a rainstorm and collapsing in on itself fast.
No other threesomes in the game are treated as truly romantic and loving acts from all sides. The closest we got to that is arguably the fucking John Boy scene. The game largely treats them as "haha woah cool sex thing, two chicks" because that's the frat bro stereotype, and this game is built on stereotypes. I don't see Jill managing to break that stereotype unless it's something extremely specific.
As mentioned, the only person she's truly close enough to consider this with, without it being some route-ending bait with Bianca, is Bella. However, I think it would have to end up being a very tight window to walk to make sense: Bella obviously has to have approved of Tremolo in the first place, but they can't have fooled around at all.
