I don't think James is coming back at all... at least in physical form.

I believe Bella has some form of mental illness in regards to James, probably a coping mechanism that he is still around or something of that sort.
yeah apart from flashback i don't think we seeing him, what the point in bringing him back now make Bella the anti Jade. I think it will just stay at he left her or is dead

Is he physically absent or mentally absent? It's strange that Isabella's ordeal begins at the same time that Tommy and Rusty started at B&R. Episode 5.

I thought about this a long time ago because I found a hidden clue back then. Don't ask me where the clue is, because I don't remember. It was a few years ago. But it was recognizable as a reason for a car accident.

We learn quite a bit about Tommy from Josy. Partly because he wasn't the best in high school, partly because she doesn't know how he got into college, and partly because Pete was quite proud of him. Well, let me put it this way: If a Burgmeister owes someone something, it can be worth a lot, for example, a spot at B&R.

I think James's fate was something like this. He was riding his bicycle in the street when a car forced him off the road. The occupants of the car were Rusty and Tommy. They stopped to check on him. James was injured and unconscious. Rusty was probably driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and panicked. Tommy took care of things by hiding the supposedly dead James. Rusty has been indebted to Tommy ever since. What neither of them knows is that this was done so that James survived, albeit injured, and has no memory of what happened.

When James didn't come home, Isabella informed the police. However, the police were only able to find James's bicycle. Therefore, Isabella still hopes that James will return to her. All Isabella knows is that James had an accident, and she is collecting everything related to it in his room.

Ignoring the rest of that, Roger posted this up above.
There is some serious doubt on whether James is still alive. You seem to imply he just moved out. We know very little for certain, but it is definitely not as simple as you think.

is this the rabbit Fanny? I googled the name and couldn't find any one :) , is this guy fr, does it take him this long to understand this, DPC make fun of the feminist girls from S1, Derek has "offensive" shirts with a signature of DPC :KEK:

and these ppl are everywhere, this is gonna be a bit out of context but, I saw a video of Stranger Things cast answering question or some shit and one of the guys was wearing skirt, and normally there were comments lile; uhh Dustin is wearing skirts now? and there was also bunch of ppl commenting to that "I think it is best if we don't point these things like that" bruh how can they expect us to ignore grow ass man wearing skirt :KEK:
outside of a dude wearing a skirt to win a bet or because they lost a bet, that's probably a tranny not a dude

I prefer the 20 posts per page setting, it bumps the page numbers :KEK: There are 19069 (nice) pages rn

100 per, more scrolling, less clicking

I'm currently at 92,13% of dialogues seen, it's seems a lot in a way but i know i've missed a lot
IIRC 100% is not possibly without altering via mods

Oh no, the M+J scene at the end of 11, was that the burning house scene, like in Acting Lessons? Only instead of a fire, we say "ILY" to the one we choose? Damn, the threesome ended and I still haven't figured it out.

I don't think Jill and I are okay. Her family rejected Tremolo at dinner because he's poor. It'll all end unless he suddenly meets his grandfather.
And he might meet him at the music concert. I completely understood the point of that event: all sorts of sponsors will show up, like at the snob party. And there we'll get to meet the bigwigs.
Or Bianca will introduce me to my grandfather. Or Cindy. Or Rusty.
There are plenty of options; just wait until 2027 and you'll find out.

No I just think Jill's mom has become a very cold individual having to deal with massive mental trauma - the loss of her daughter and her husband being a drunk.

correct plus the theory that Bella was talking to an imaginative James in the flashback (Library) is also highly spoken of

Did you just seriously write the plot of "I Know what you did last Summer" with Tommy, Rusty and James ? :WaitWhat:

I completely understand what Isabella means. Either in episode 2 we're a year before episode 5, or Isabella had sex with another guy after James disappeared.
That's not what she is saying. She is not actually saying that three years isn't the right answer. She just feels like it shouldn't be. It isn't specified if she feels it should be longer or shorter in that moment, but the ep 10 conversation with MC would suggest longer. Bella feels like she has been alone longer than just three years. Rationally she knows it has been three years.

The game definitely creates uncertainty about whether or not James is alive, that's what creates all the tension and drama.
But my argument is that if he just gets confirmed to be dead then all the drama just dissipates.
It's a whole lot of nothing.

It lets Bella finally complete her grief and let go of the past, which would be great for her path.
But there is no tension with that outcome.

And DPC loves drama and tension.

With him coming back it then raises up the drama with Bella and she has to finally either let her past go (divorce him for good and stay with the MC or just be solo if you are not on her path), or embrace the past and get back together with James.
I'm not saying she would let him move back in and they would jump back into their relationship.
She would keep him away until she figured out what she wanted.

And the MC/player's actions would determine her decisions.

Guys, was there any mention of Rusty and Vinnie's relationship in the game? It's just that they're two of the founders, and considering Rusty is a Burgmeister, I don't even know if MC's grandfather could be from that family, either.

Not necessarily. James being dead is not a dramatic dead end. How he died can be very relevant. Suppose for example that he was actually murdered. Who killed him and why are very relevant information to the story. And when whoever did it finds out that they might not have gotten away with it after all, they might do something drastic. Finding out that James is dead might easily lead to Bella's own life being in danger.

No matter how many times I play this game, the part where Tommy makes jokes about Derek with old people always makes me die laughing lol
