You can't say "DPC has never given a damn about such logic" when it hasn't been proven yet whether he does or not. That will only be known when the game is concluded and there either is or isn't an ending with both. I know people so often like to cite AL as the thing that proves his "logic" but it's an entirely different situation and story and not at all similar.
In that game, after the revelation you've been seeing both Megan and Melissa, the girls agreed to keep dating him separately with the view that they would leave it up to him to choose one of them. The option to be able to choose both comes as a surprise because this was not what you were geared up to expect. You thought you'd have to make a hard choice between them because that's what the game was laying out. Then after you make your choice to be with both, it ends tragically shortly after and never got off the ground.
With BaDIK, you were not agreeing to date both separately in Ep 4, you were expressing your interest and desire for a relationship with both of them together. You've had several episodes in this relationship status and doing things with both girls at the same time along the way, something AL did not have because there never was a proper throuple path in that game. You've been navigating this relationship through the drama with Patrick and either you've been managing your time with both well or not, and if you haven't, well then that is likely to be an issue going forward because that's not how you were really supposed to be treating this relationship.
Essentially, if we are to draw any comparison between the 2, where you are in terms of the relationship with Josy & Maya at the choice in Ep 4 is the equivalent of where you were with the choice in AL to be with both Megan & Melissa. Eps 5 to 11 of BaDIK therefore took this relationship beyond anything that AL did because the choice in that game was swiftly undone. So ultimately what we have here are 2 entirely different relationship paths that also have entirely different kinds of content and plot, and right now it really cannot be said that one sets the precedent for the other when they are so different and there are also so many more layers and depth to this one with Josy & Maya, not least of all because of the greater number of variables at play.
At the end of the day, a "Megan & Melissa branch/path" was not given the same kind of prominence in AL as the "Josy & Maya branch" in BaDIK. AL promoted 3 branches/girls as its main ones - Megan, Melissa, Rena - and it did deliver on you being able to get those endings. The "Megan & Melissa" choice ended up being a red herring and not an actual branch/path. The Josy & Maya choice by comparison is an actual choice to enter into a relationship with both and is promoted as a main branch, the same as the branches for Sage, Jill, and Bella. So by this logic, since AL did deliver on the endings for its main girls/paths, so too should BaDIK deliver on its MG branches and have endings for Sage, Jill, Bella, and Josy & Maya because that's what you're ultimately supposed to be working towards.
