The problem isn't the location, but the decorations. Is Tommy going from nibbling mushrooms to eating roses? I can just imagine Dawe taking the napkin from his plate and putting it on his lap. Can the guy even use a knife and fork? He can use a spoon, though, because he's a total instant noodle fanatic.
I see a maximum of nine tables with four seats each. That's 36 people the tables are set for. Well, the other 51 people will just have to eat hot dogs and burgers standing up.
I'm looking forward to seeing Tommy devour those roses.
Can't believe I missed this one earlier, but here goes.
Why is it so hard to imagine these people don't know how to behave in a more formal setting? Even monkeys can use cutlery so I'm sure Dawe knows how to as well. And as for Tommy, I don't see him having a problem with such a thing since, like I said, it's not much different to a prom setting which I'm sure he went to when he graduated.
As for the tables, chairs, and the room, well, DPC can quite obviously just duplicate the tables and chairs as much as he needs and he can expand the room size. Both are pretty easy to do in DAZ and kinda what logic dictates he would do to be able to make the space big enough. But also, again, this is not the only room for this NYE ball/party becuse it's "new environments", and knowing DPC he's probably done something of a modular thing as he tends to do and mashed up a few different environments to all be connected to each other and people will be milling about all of these and not just entirely concentrated in this one area.
Fact is, this is going to be the NYE ball/party. People hiring out function rooms for a big NYE event is not unusual even for people of this age and it's 100% going to be what's happening here because it pretty much looks exactly like what such a thing would look like and it's also clearly the next party event after Christmas.
