That would've been cool, nice bonding experience all around. Neil could see how the DIKs have flourished since repairing the mansion, they could express their gratitude for everything he did for them, Neil can really see how much of a brotherhood they are and that MC is in a very good place in his life.
You get a scene with Becky complaining about how lame the party is and a cluck from her disparaging it when the lights go out. There may be a few other lines of dialogue I'm forgetting, but those are the two most prominent ones, and yes, it significantly lowers your party ranking.

I'm a bit confused about what episode Zoey will join B&R.
I'm inclined to think that it could be episode 12, maybe near the end of the episode, if she intends to join when the semester starts in January.
I know that January isn't technically "spring" though so it seems a bit unclear if she's gonna join that soon. Episode 12 might not even go that far into January to begin with.
Thoughts?

Spring semester does indeed begin in January, so depending on how long Episode 12 is we might see Zoey join B&R. I doubt it though, it's usually like mid-January.
That's something I don't like about Season 3, the pacing. It feels like only a couple days pass, similar to Season 1, but in reality we burn through a few weeks and only see a sliver of it—even less, in Episode 9's case. And because of the party planning minigame, we cannot proceed past NYE in any meaningful way, Episode 12 will more than likely be the final weeks of December at most.
Season 4 will probably be even more fucked, especially since we likely will not get a full 4 episodes.

Season 4 (episode 13) starting with a small time skip seems likely to me, maybe a couple of weeks. Could maybe show that Zoey has joined in an opening montage or something?
