No, Young Bella is obviously young Bella, aka 18 year old Bella. Prime Bella is present day Bella. Young Bella is certainly in her physical prime, but present day Bella is just above and beyond, hence Prime Bella.

There's not been anything to say it's off track for it - we don't have solid enough information to do better than guesswork, but September is still within the window of possibilities.
