Actually a Cocker Spaniel is a pretty good fit for Jill. Hmmm... There might be a fun little game in this. Josy is definitely a Jack Russel Terrier, Maya is a Border Collie, Sage is a Golden Retriever and Bella is a German Shepard.

Sage reminds me more of a Vizsla or a Belgian Sheperd, while Maya seems more like a Labrador Retriever.
