Riona is a grown adult, when a small time drug dealer is hurt it isn't a surprise it's the norm and Rio is a drug dealer. Saying Quinn has sole responsibility risks infantilizing Riona as a character. Both Quinn and Riona are teenagers or there abouts and are way over their heads making short sighted and bad decisions. A recipe for someone to get hurt and Riona did.
