There is no fixed cannon in a choice based narrative,the possible paths will open or close depending on players choices.
Just because your choices led your story to a certain point,does not mean that point is set in stone for all the players.

I can see Maya and Josy discussing MC, but I can't see Quinn being part of that discussion...

Yeah, that is a completely optional scene (just like every interaction with Quinn is completely optional and easily avoided) and one that will not even be an option if you don't take her number or get involved with her business.

Not to mention that you actually have to choose between having that scene or having scene with Maya making it even less likely that we could have a "sharing discussion between Quinn, Josy and Maya" since those two paths are mutually exclusive. Sorry, they would be mutually exclusive if there was Quinn path in game... which there is not.

And yeah, my choices in game were to have almost no interaction with Quinn.

Assuming it's true it would depend on when she contracted it. Considering the drug they've been using is injected it's likely she got it from sharing needles (always a SUPER great idea ), which would mean Tommy and a bunch of other retards are carriers too. But it's possible she only gets it after the cumpetition.
