That's crazy I have never heard of that happening before. But is it likely for Jill to be the MC's aunt? I highly, highly doubt it. I would be so upset if it came true in this game. But I'm pretty certain it wont.

It isn't. Jill said she had fond memories of her sister before she died, which means she had to be at LEAST 5 years old, probably older, when she died. Jill isn't 5+ years older than the MC.

Jill knew her sister, and the MC's mother died when Jill was 2. They can't be the same. That not considering that the foto under Jill's bed is probably Jill in her teens and her sister.
