Personally, I don't care much for Maya. And even less for Jill. I like Josy tho, and find the relation with Sage really sweet (the way it builds up is really nice and in a way believable).
But my real sweetheart is Bella. I'm a goner for the way she looks at MC, and her deadpan looks. The way she looks at you when you joke about her car is golden. I'm just a bit concerned about the "if i had know about her story I would have run away", gave me some AL vibes and won't lie I'm still a bit scarred by that game.

can't understand why this game is ranked this high with a 3370 pages thread when at best it's a 6/10 gobbo gamu while games with potential and way better nsfw stuff are discarded.

Do tell, which adult games here are better in terms of story and characters? Only one that comes close is City of Broken dreamers. And the nsfw stuff in this game is good, not the best this genre has to offer but I prefer better writing over quality nsfw (which is just like porn, this offers more)

I really like Bella too and her story has the most potential to go crazy like AL did since she is so mysterious. I hope it doesn't go the shock value way, wouldn't really fit

I think you guys are forgetting that Sage and Jill are in fact, older than the MC, they have been through most off their growing pains, while Josy and Maya are still in the midle of theirs, and so is the MC, also, Bella is an adult, hell she is probably 10 to 20 year older than the MC, and still she is going through shit, so remember this, Josy, Maya, Derek, and MC are basically fresh out of highschool, they are still kids, while the other have already grown, hopfully this 4 will grow as well.

yeah, the moral of the story is that Maya after 5 episodes still doesn't know what she wants.
Idk where is Pink going with her story but it is getting more and more tireing with each episode.

5 episodes that have taken place over just 2 weeks, and it's only been 2 days since the end of ep 3 reveal, so it's not exactly a lot of time for someone to be 100% decisive over something this important.

Maya was seemingly ready to make a decision at the end of ep 3, but then Josy's arrival changed all that. Now, in ep 5, it's been a day since they decided on either something or nothing so there hasn't been a lot of time to process things, and it's easy to see why she would still be indecisive because of that. Either she made a mistake rejecting him/letting him get away, or she's taking a huge risk getting involved with him and Josy. It's not exactly something that's easy to get your head around in such a short space of time.

I think that, as time goes on, she'll get a better idea of what she wants, and on the threesome path in particular, which is the one I'm most focussed on, I think she'll realise she really wants to try for both.

A word of caution on using scrappy's mod. If you intend to play future episodes by getting them from this site, the scrappy mod will not work with the future updates and any saves made with the scrappy mod are not compatible with an unmodded version of the game.

So I would recommend that you have two versions of the game; a modded one and a clean, unmodded one. Play the game unmodded first and make all the saves you want, then go back and play the modded version and make separate save files for them.

I am downloading the game from here (and I understand that my steam saves won't work and I would have to replay it completely. But when the steam version (season 2 comes out with Ep5 onwards) would those save work with the steam version saves? (as I some how manage to run scrappy's mod on the steam version with crashing the game) or would I again have to replay it on steam too?

4. Talk to the bartender,
5. Talk to Derek once if you've talked to him before, twice if you're talking to him for the first time.

Yes, you'll have to replay the game from ep 4 onwards when season 2 (likely eps 5-8) is released on Steam because Steam and Ren'py save files are not compatible with each other.

It sounds like I'm in the minority in that so far Bella is the only main LI I have no interest in as as a lover. She's gorgeous and sexy, sure, but between her obvious hangups and the fact she's such a hoot as a grumpy surrogate sister, I am more than ready for the MC to be 'just friends' with her.

The MC's attraction to her feels extremely shallow to me. The only meaningful insights they've exchanged was the MC telling her about Zoey, and that does not feel like enough to start a relationship.

It got even worse with Episode 5. I thought Bella's scene in Episode 4 was well done, in part because she was the one who initiated it (once the player picked the option, obviously). But in Episode 5 she was telling the MC they shouldn't be doing this even as he's fondling her. That really felt like a misstep and makes me wonder what is supposed to be going through the MC's mind.

I'd be a lot happier if the MC would deal with Bella's concerns before he presses her for sex. If nothing else, it would give us a chance to get to know her. Sadly, given how hard the game is playing up the mystery around Bella's marriage, I'm not sure that is going to happen anytime soon.

Personally I think Maya was not handled right. She got a lot of focus in the first few episodes but since the "twist" at the end of the third her character feels shallow to me.

Yeah the only thing I'm intrested in seeing how Maya's story play'es out is what happens when she learns that she has to become one of Quin's escort girls to get free tuition. my guess is that MC will get a huge Will pay out from he's mothers family to be given on his birthday that is coming soon and pay for her tuition since its kind of hinted when the MC says if he was rich he would pay for her tuition when they were laying on the grass

Well I'm very much interested in getting to sex with Bella, and I'm even hopeful of a possible Bella/Jill threesome/sharing arrangement, but I do also feel like Bella isn't so much of a LI that the MC will have a future with, but more like a LI that is simply meant to be helped by the MC to overcome her issues and move on from them.

The attraction does feel a bit superficial at this point, and so aside from Bella being drop-dead gorgeous, it's hard to figure out what the MC is doing here. He knows Bella and Jill are friends yet keeps on pressing Bella at the same time he's pursuing Jill, and he seems to have a bolder and cockier confidence with her than he does with everyone else because he's always the one pushing Bella into these sexy moments.

Sometimes it feel like the MC is all over the place when it comes to how he treats each LI; with Jill he's cautious and respectful, with Sage he lets her do a lot of the driving, with Maya he's both cautious and occasionally forceful, with Josy he's seemed tentative and loving, and with Bella he seems like he's putting pressure on her. It's like he's 5 different MC stereotypes all rolled in to one and it makes his character feel a bit inconsistent.

Now MC has already started to take control at the end of Ep5 and Tommy Pissed off.
I think if MC are a DIK Affinity side in the future then MC will rise to DIK in internal order but this is just my bet.

need some help, my first playthrough was on 0.4.2 (steam) with scrappy's mod. Now when ep5 dropped out, I downloaded it from here and patched my steam version. However I replayed the game completely (also with scrappy mod updated to match game 0.5.0) because of some errors
now, when ep6 will come out, is there any solution to make my save files work instead of having to replay whole game again? I feel like it will become exhausting after some time replaying the game everytime new episode comes out

Same is true for Josy, those two are all over the place. But I don't really care as long as the dev handles Sage, Isabella & Jill well throughout the story.

By Josy disagree. She is more understandable than Maya. The main thing in their relation is Josy and Maya follows her thoughtlessly. Judging by episode 5, Josy is closer to MC than to Maya. In addition, she is less secretive. And what is in Maya’s head is not clear. She wants to be everywhere and nowhere at the same time.
