2. dont donwload version 0.5.2 and patch it with v0.4.0, v0.4.1, v0.4.2, v0.5.0 v0.5.1 because the game (the saves) will not work properly because 0.5.2 in the op is a MODDED non patreon version
3. follow the steps on the 1 page and everything will work nicely

but what comes out is the portrait of a couple who, when they should finally get closer, have the aim of explaining, justifying themselves, with their "lover", while between them they continue not to face their betrayal.

Their relationship is no more fragile than anybody elses, but what matters is how they deal with that. Will they let it shatter or will they fight for it? And if they fight for it, will it work? Hmm won't the new features in the new update mess up our saved files once we integrate the new patch in the game. Had the same problem before with the other games, the new patch could make old saves unreadable thus prompting to start a new game. One example is how in every update Summertime saga would always require a new save to access the new new content.

I am wondering that myself after seeing things like, "Added a fast travel system for free roam events" "Updated code for affinity and DIK status calculations", and "Fixed bad variable names, episode 1-5, overriding a python library". Would seem to suggest that older code has changed which might cause some issues, so I'll guess we just have to wait and see if it affects older saves.

If it does, I don't mind. I'm OK spending about half an hour skipping through all the seen text and setting up my saves again before jumping in to ep 6.

Relax, the fast travel only works on ep6 and eps that will come, status calculations are easy fix he did something similar in ep5 with the score against derek, now "fix bad variable names" that is concerning
could be variables that we dont use? guess we'll have to wait

Once downloaded rename this file into 1BadikCh.rpy and try placing it into the game folder

And yeah...now that you mentioned it, her commentating on Tybalt's Rooster shenanigans (good find btw, i kinda glanced over that on my couple of playthroughs) really could be a subtle hint towards there being some sort of prep background.

1. I meant that Sage was living there like Jill as an honoured guest
2. Yeah, maybe she left ANO mansion which resulted in her being in not good terms with her family, and then joined HOTs
3. What if there is some story behind her unliking preps? For example she didn't like this "faking for business opportunities" lifestyle of them that would also explain why she could leave preps and drift apart from her family

Doubtful. Sage is already a HOT during that flashback and is also President at that time which means she would have had to have been a HOT since her 1st year in order to gain that position. She couldn't just take it by joining the HOTs in her 2nd year and she doesn't seem like the person to use Daddy's money to buy her way in, unlike Tybalt.

As for the Rooster comment, both Sage and Tybalt are Presidents of their respective houses which means they will attend Greek Council meetings with the other frat and sorority Presidents which is how she'll have had the misfortune of knowing him.

Edit: I think your theory is very plausible though. I can totally see Sage's dad persuading her to join the preps cuz, y'know, family name, upholding traditions, social status and so on. Evidently the kind of shit Sage doesn't really care about.
She might've joined the HOTs just to spite her dad.

it does not seem to me that they have ever fought for this relationship:
with Maya's father they surrendered, and now they are hanging on a free tuition that seems to be a mirage,
in their long-distance relationship they have given up due to various misunderstandings that we we do not know,
at the first temptation they both surrendered, Maya even changed sexual orientation for the occasion,
when they found each other they surrendered again waiting for MC to clarify their past behavior.

no one is always fighting, and some of these battles they couldn't win, but they didn't fight any.

they are still together for a series of coincidences.
the fact that MC was the lover of both saved their relationship.
