To be honest, when i arrived in my dorm and met the guy (don't remember the name) and when he acted strangely i suspected that he was gay when my guitar was stolen. Those games are no just made to give some fuck meat to players, sometimes some girls are more difficult to get and end up by beeing much more interesting that any other quick fuck bitch.
Jill seems not interesting to many players because they cannot fucker her and because she doesn't behave like a cheap slut.

I wouldn't put any of the LIs in this VN on any scale of realism. BaDIK in general is the American college experience on a scale of 1-10 being dialed to 50.

Jill's attitude has been all over the place since her introduction up to this point. I just dont think shes written very well.

I suspect folks are making too big a deal of getting/not getting that text at the end of Ch7.
It just doesn't add up (to me) as a make or break in the Jill relationship.

Similar with Cathy's panties. Yeah, you'll miss a scene in Ch 7. But I suspect there'll be options for 'patching things up' with Bella.

To highlight this, lets look at Sage... If you passed on her route in the early chapters, you're still given opportunities with her in the later chapters.
I suspect that'll be the pattern for all the LIs. Not 'one path', but several options for getting into relations with them.

Thing is, current Sage doesn’t really have anything to “get over” anymore... other than claiming to be in love with him. There was potential for more and I’m annoyed it wasn’t capitalised on.

She used to have a chip on her shoulder about being rejected by him. It’s what kicked off her relationship with the MC. She used to be all “nobody says no to me”... praising the MC for getting hard whilst reminding him this was just sex. But none of that matters now the fuck buddy route will almost certainly coexisting with the “waited til she was single” route (I’ll eat my hat if it isn’t). All her personality established throughout the fuck buddy route is kinda moot.

Sage was primed for something pretty unique and I was expecting it but it never manifested and now kinda can’t. I thought the Sage fuck buddy route was gonna be her doing that thing some neglected partners do where they cheat just for the attention from someone. I thought she was gonna lap up DIK behaviour from the MC because it was raw, affirmative, attention. She could have been the one girl that liked the MC looking up her skirt or bluntly telling her she was fuckable. The MC and Sage could have started as a real DIK behaviour based relationship before becoming more. They coulda been the neglected attention hungry girl and the overtly sexual guy having a meaningless affair designed only to boost her flagging ego.

Then the big twist about Chad being gay would have had some impact on the MC/Sage dynamic. Chad wasn’t neglecting her because of something about her but because he was into dudes. Sage would have to confront her behaviour and reaction to being neglected. Maybe reflected on her self esteem when she responded to neglect by staying with Chad but fucking the MC... and in turn the MC and Sage have to reassess their relationship and drama ensues. It’s a DIK route, it rewards DIK behaviour but it still has a chance for something meaningful to come outta it. Pieces are all there.

You could entirely remove Chad from the current story and it wouldn’t change Sage, not really... little of her personality was shown via him to any meaningful effect. She’s also neglected to be much of a DIK route. Sucks because the moment to moment interactions with her are some of my favourite it’s just lacking structure. It’s like DPC took a Star Wars Lego set and built a dragon outta it... all the pieces of Sage’s story are designed for one thing but are being put together entirely differently.
