People who haven’t got the patience to wait, and would rather something of lesser quality and shorter runtime be released faster… there are plenty of other games here that cater for that.

The people here who are saying DPC is “milking it” seem to be entirely hung up on the fact that the updates are now around 6 months apart. How can they not factor in what's actually being delivered after that 6 months?

I feel at least with regards to this site, "milking it" has gone the way of "I've done my research" and "the customer is always right". People who cannot be bothered with context just think it's an immutable point.

It's baffling.

There are like ~20other girls to fuck in this game, people just always want what they don’t have.

Jill caters for the slow burn dudes who want to build up something special before they analize a girl.

You want a fuck buddy with no strings attached, that was Sage (might be complicated now) and Lily.

You want a MILF, you got Jade (and arguably Nicole or Bella, but since there’s a MILF definition argument raging right now, I’ll leave that one alone).

You want a threesome with some angst, we’ve got Maya and Josy.

You want an easy lay, you’ve got Mel or Sarah.

You want the bad girl, we have some excellent progression with Quinn.

You want crabs… looks like you’re outta luck, the MC may possibly be the only dude that hasn’t fucked Arieth (depends if Nick was lying or not, he too may have missed out on that red headed goodness).

But Jill simple isn’t an easy lay. That’s just how the cookie crumbles.

Be sure of it, probably one of the reason why is streching this release till mid-end of november so then he can have all december off... i'm pretty sure he could've been release this update sooner but then he'd have to start work on season 3 this year and that's not in his agenda this year...

Game looks amazing from the previews and really want to give it a go.

A couple quick questions though, is the fem dom avoidable? And is their lowkey NTR vibes (only asking because I see humiliation and cheating in the tags) and is it avoidable if its there?

Don't worry for bullying or humiliation, the main character is op, he knows how to throw punches and has a big dick. About femdom, I think there isn't much (Although I wish there were). If I remember correctly the tag is only there for a few dream scenes at the beginning of the game.

If i recall correctly Season 1 has Episodes 1-4, Season 2 is Episode 4 - 8 and then he will start working on Season 3. Not sure if this is correct though and how many Episodes are still planned. If im correct there might be another 4 episodes but i would wait for others to answer this.

at the beginning it seemed that there would have been 12 chapters, now they talk about 16-20... it seems very strange to me all this range for a story already defined, we will see

I doubt he’ll take all of December off. He might do a couple of weeks again, but he wants to get the Steam release out. Normally he gets right to work after release (with episode 7 he had a week off). The week or two after release has historically been for bug fixing and writing the new guide. I do wonder if he might set some renders up while He works on Steam but that probably depends how long the conversion takes. If he spends a week posing 20-40 animations he can free himself up for a couple of weeks to do the Steam transfer.

As for releasing the update sooner, I simply don’t think that’s possible. At best there is another weeks of renders to go. (unless he’s lied about that.) We know his average animation production is 13-15 a week just in rendering time. with the number of animations he’s making I simply don’t think finishing sooner would be possible

For the MC yes that would be heartbreaking but for the player I feel like if Derek had cancer it would work better cause players get to bond with him and get closer to him throughout the game.. MCs dad although a pretty fucking stellar guy he appears sporadically

If there's a fire, my money is on Neil, the MC's father. It'll be because of the terminal brain cancer he's developed but didn't tell MC about. Collapses in the kitchen while making breakfast, grease fire on the stove. House up in flames. At the funeral MC is approached by mother's family patron.

Of all of the implausible theories, I like this one the most simply because the industrial stove was specifically mentioned at the very beginning of the game.

Did the game specify what are they talking about? I know this scene is somewhat connect to the frustration outburst of Jade in the break room.

But, yeah, my 3rd run and still have 0 clue about the context, only speculation.

According to who? Because the first estimate DPC gave was 10-20 episodes.

The first time I mentioned anything about the total episode count I said 10-20 episodes.

And the 2nd Q&A backed that up:

The public information is 10-20 episodes and coming this far into the project; I think that it’s an estimation that still holds, but, right now, it’s leaning to be in the 14-20 episode range.

Anyone else throwing out episode predictions is just making stuff up.
