Well, Jade is now an enemy of the MC. If the MC rejected Jade, she holds a grudge against him, because she feels rejected and maybe because she thinks that the MC can start a rumor about Jade being a slut that seduces students. And if the MC didn´t rejected jade, the grudge is even bigger... So, I think that the reunion is going to be a failure mostly because of Jade, not only Tybalt. She's going to find an excuse to not help Maya, and, if the MC is in Sage's path, ruin their relationship somehow.

My problem with that scene is that the MC being there is forced if he´s not into a relationship with Maya, and even if he´s... what is the purpose of being him there, out of the necessity of the plot? Even if you are playing, for example, a pure Isabella path and you rejected every single interaction in the game with Maya, Josy and Sage, and they have no valid reason to be so close with the MC, the MC ends up there, in that reunion... It´s a forced situation for the sake of the drama and the plot.

Jade also reacts badly when MC defers on their first date, but even then I don't really think she gets revenge on Maya....


MC's involvement this time was handled better than other times

if Mc is not in a relationship with Maya, he is there because Sage asked him to be (Maya doesn't even explain him directly what she talked about with Sage, it's just Sage who told him about it, omitting of course the most interesting part... ), and being a friend of all 3 girls he is supposed to accompany them

MC doesn't play an active role (like most of the time) but he goes there as a shoulder to cry on, as a motivator in case things go wrong, for what Sage says he shouldn't even talk to Burke (I think he's the one they're going to talk to, I wouldn't take Jade's presence for granted)

If MC is having an affair with Jade, it's not just a surprise, but definitely also a danger. I mean if Burke watched the video of Jade and her new boytoy, I'm sure he will give a mean handshake when they meet.

but MC doesn't know that Burke saw the footage, so his "FUCK" can't be tied to that

and then, cynically speaking, even then the problem is all Jade's, and she's the one who will suffer the worst consequences, for MC at best some guilt

I am 99% sure it is the pregnancy test from where his mom discovers she is pregnant. My opinion is that if there is risk of accidental pregnancy which can cause problems for the MC, it will be from season 3 onwards.

Think the game will have quite a shift from season 3.

Stephen does seem to be very well connected and according to all of Tybbie's "My daddy" posts on Rooster, he's apparantly loaded. It would make it very hard to bring him down without Jill or Rusty's help if it comes to that.

Tybalt also mentioned to MC that he also came from poverty. If that is true, it can be assumed that his father's, Stephen's, luck in trade might just be a front and that he used illegal means to get money from different sources. Contributed shitload to the school which made him an honorary professor (to his wife's disgust).

Quick couple of thoughts after playing
What's the only real hook to bring back MC's ex with any bit of (realistic) drama is that the pregnancy at the end is a flashback - what better way to fuck up the MC's life after making his big decision than an ex to come back with baby in tow- Yes MC you ARE the father.
Too many dark light renders, no point in spending all that time rendering when its too dark to clearly make out

I could have swore that there was a way to reject Sage on the bench. However, I use Scrappy's mod.
You can also give Quinn Vodka/Cranberries.

I just went to replay this scene, but nope, no option to reject her. Duno if it's related to affinity (I have huge DIK status). In other runs I was given the option to reject her only if I didn't stay at her place.

You can only reject Sage in that scene if you weren't already on her path. So basically you get the option to start something with her or not. There is no dumping her at that point.

Sage better enlist Bella and torture y'all in her basement dungeon for your mutiny!!!

To be fair.....and also to your probable dismay and disproval, I was never on the Sage path as my main playthrough. I've always been Quinn and in some points, it seems those two paths are connected.

I don't understand why Jade gets so angry if you break up with her at the end, is not like they are in a serious relationship, MC and Jade just screw around from Jade's only frustration and hate towards her unfaithful husband.
Also she can find other student to mess around with, MC isn't bound to her or anything.

It was tough. I had to turn down Lily. LILY. Multiple times!!! I didn't even get the BJ at the prep's party!!!! My only slip up was a BJ from Becky in the bathroom at the HOT party. Even with Bella, I blew in her mouth.

If you play game on only friends route that make more sense from sage to ask mc to come with her.
At friendship, sage and mc emotional bonding is really great and Josy ? I don't need to explain. Maya is a friend so okk if mc go with them.
Definitely it's not forced but important to be together like a friends group.

MC has been friends with them from the first day of college and is the only other person other than Derek who knows about Maya's situation, so I think it's quite understandable why he would be there.
