That they can. My mother's father was full-blooded native American. My father's father, English. I got to keep the maternal hairline (yay!), but I'm so pale it's hard for folks to believe I have an actual claim to tribal membership. (which I don't use, because who the hell wants to go live in Wyoming?)
But it does make me want to see more of people's parents in BaDIK, just to see how DPC justifies some of it. We've seen Neil and Lynette. Neil looking more like Derek is just off the wall. Maybe people will finally get their incest kink fed when at the very tail end of the very last chapter (when DPC doesn't care anymore) we'll find out MC and Derek were switched at birth, and Tommy is in fact also Maya's half-brother, because of an unfaithful parent.

The parents in BADIK half the time look like cheap asset flip characters apart from some major ones like Jade or Jill's Mom etc. Zoey's mother for instance looks terrible and there is no resemblance...

.. Copy them. It doesn't get easier than that. Use a USB stick or an external HD if you've got one.

Pretty hard way to save. Usually this:
C:\Users\[your UserName]\AppData\Roaming\RenPy
The last one should contain Being a DIK folder. Saves are there

There you are wrong. Our snowflake is way too mature for his age, but has deficits in relationships. Guess why Derek makes the MC in EP8 drunk or Tommy says, so that the MC is completely different when he is drunk. He drops his precociousness there and behaves first of all age-appropriate.

Skip the whole c:\users\username bit in the future. Just use %appdata%\RenPy, it goes right there.

The MC is constantly making rational decisions.
- he finishes high school rather than go to San Diego with Zoey
- in Interlude he even refuses a beer from Zoey, even though he is already 18 years old.
- He inspires and motivates the DIK's to fix the Mansion.
- Rusty gives the MC more responsibility than other DIK's who have been around longer and are also older.
- The MC doesn't want to do crazy things.
The MC is way too mature for his age.
