i thought about doing a fresh playthrough before the new episode, as i thought it would be fun to see everything fresh again. but damn there is almost too much to actually get through lol (even with minigames off). i just got through the CUM-petition and im not thrilled about how much more i'll have to go through just to make the limited major decisions that influence future content.

i kinda wish DPC would implement something like Genesis in Mass Effect 2 did where you are given a template where you can choose all the major decisions your MC made previously and just jump ahead in the story gameplay wise. like how much more convenient would that be?

i already have my save files ready so i dont need to actually finish this new playthrough, but im kinda surprised how tedious it is starting from the beginning. decades from now when the game is 100% complete, i cant imagine plaything from the very beginning. its honestly almost too much stuff to get through if you are actually interested in the story itself

Isn't Lily just buying weed in the game? There was maybe one scene with a syringe but that was Tommy and Quinn. I mean, yea weed is still a drug but I don't think it's enough to consider someone a druggie. They'd have to be doing some pretty hardcore shit to make me think that.

For the record - assuming DPC has now completed the last of the artwork - he finished 162 static renders in the last 31 days (an average of ~37/week), and 9 animations in the last week. Overall, he averaged roughly 128 statics and 7.7 animations per week between the launch of the Interlude and today (though it will drop to 123/7.4 per week by the time Episode 9 is actually released). It's been real, bro. I've enjoyed following your updates along this long, long-ass journey. (I even managed to understand what the hell I was even looking at around July lol)
I'm sure you'll like it. Even if the gripes I had with the previous episode remain, it's still a continuation to the main game after over a year after all. LOL.

Yeah, I was tempted too, then I remembered what a slog it is.

Don't get me wrong, the game is a masterpiece. But the problem with every detail and decision mattering is that on subsequent runthroughs are a punishing waste of a player's time.

I did a complete play through earlier on in the year, minigames, maxed out wallet, made sure to respond to all the optional messages, checked out all the rooster posts, responded to them all, swyped the shit outta everyone, found all the renders (including the pixel hunt), unlocked all the scenes, and yeah, while I still found it fun, it took up a lot of time; I don't know how many hours, I probably should have timed it, but I think it took me over a week to get through it.

Couldn't do that too regularly, but even with the novelty of playing for the first time gone, I didn't find myself getting bored. This is where I disagree with people saying DPC's writing is not that good. The "story" may be nothing special, but the "writing", i.e. the words, the character interaction etc., make it so easy to get absorbed into.

The only thing I avoid like the plague is the plague infested Madame. Imagine if, instead of creating a highly detailed festering old cum bag, DPC created an absolute goddess of an 18 year old, and even allowed the mc to build up a rapport with her. He should have made the VIP pass decision difficult.

I get him hating on F95, it's a pirate site with downloadable mods and shit, but reddit? Reddit actively discourages piracy of the game. But anyway, I'd rather just play his game and not give a fuck about him. I was gonna invite him to Christmas dinner, but I'll just invite his wife instead.

i definitely dont have it in me to do all that lol again. i definitely agree the writing is good and i do enjoy the world he has made, but i just kinda wish there were some available shortcuts for people who would want to see all outcomes (or just dip their feet back into the world without diving all the way into the deep end) without literally replaying the entire game from scratch when the game is just so massive.

i genuinely cant imagine playing it from the start with the intention of seeing everything the game has to offer after another few years of content. id only have that kind of time if i was back in highschool or college with no other real responsibilities or obligations lmao. i wouldnt want it to take months on end for me to get through what amounts to a well realized porn game; it would be like watching American Pie for 5 min per week until its over and thinking it was overall a good way to experience that kind of story

It wouldn't be impossible to create a standalone tool that builds your export from the end of Season 2, the only problem is there are over 600 variables that are exported, and having to answer them all would be boring as fuck. I'd rather just play the game again!

Finally, I could see the reaction of jade when she heard that mc was Sage's new boyfriend ( step-daughter). And, the previous situation was that the relationship between Jade and MC was break up partially, which makes her upset. So there is a possible opportunity for Jade to convince Sage to allow her to be included into the relationship between Sage and MC.

This is the PT's which I have now. and also several other branch saves. ( The season saves named MAIN is- CHase after every girl and choosing the named path. only means dedicated path.)

I started playing BAD when the EP7 dropped. This was my 3rd AVN (After Milfy shitty and AOA Academy). I liked it so much that I played the Modded version on my phone. Only 3 saves ( Dik, Chick and Neutral).
Then EP8 dropped
in EP8 we can choose a path so I decided to play dedicated PT's for the main girls.
and I bought a PC for just to play this game. and I played from the start and had 6 PT's.
but I did that using Walkthrough mod. The Mod messed up my saves and I decided to delete all the saves (again) which I had then and started fresh again by re-installing the game.
and I reached where I'm now.

So. My question is, The people here is like me?
I never get bored by doing it. I have planned to play it again right before playing EP9.
I discussed this with my friend and he called me crazy.
I just want to know That I'm not the only one

I don't get bored replaying the game, but I do get weary. I really didn't like the way Season 2 ended. I had a 'chase all the LIs' run that I'd planned to import once for each branch, but in the end it didn't seem worth the effort. I'd worked hard to see just about everything prior to that, but not only is it getting harder to track all the variations, I'm skeptical they're really going to matter as anything more than curiosities. On some level it's cool the way the new math teacher can be beaten up or not depending on our past decisions, but that's no a substitute for the invariant "Fuck. Fuck Fuck Fuck Fuck. Fuck" at the cliffhanger.

Unless Episode 9 really hits it out of the park, I suspect I'll treat BaDIK like most of the other games I play: stick to the content that interests me and ignore the rest. Maybe I'll fill in the rest during the long development time, but that's not something to be enthusiastic about IMHO.

In honor of having a release date, what's everyone's favorite episode so far? I've always been partial to 3 and 7. Episode 3 has always been one of me favorites because it was the last episode we had with Maya alone, ever since then I've had to share her with Josy.

And 7 because it felt like the most inclusive to every character.

Best to worst, I'd rank them as follows: 2, 3, 7, 4, 1, 6, 5, 8. (The Interlude isn't really comparable, but I suppose it would be dead last if I had to place it).

In general I disliked Season 2 because it felt like we were spinning our wheels for most of it; we got lots of sex scenes, but the story stalled and the character notes were either repetitive (Maya/Josy or Bella) or nonsensical (Sage or Jill). The early episodes did a much better job mixing story and character development while also providing plenty of lewd material.
