This is a statement I can understand and support. It's easy to implement some hugging in certain renders, additional people at breakfast and so on, but no one needs scenes of other characters banging in a non-NTR game.

I'm just opposed to the ALL MINE mentality. Let the rejected ones hook up, who cares.

As far as I know, one of NTR's main devices it centers around is cheating. So if one officially rejects Zoey, Jacob needs not ask for permission even. It wouldn't be NTR at that point, no cheating. Basically, if MC picked a GF in EP8, and ALL the other LI's hook up with someone, it's not NTR. It's just MC closing doors on LI's, and LI's turned to NPC's are just viable for anyone at that point.

I have never been into that as a genre, but I once started reading about it since I saw NTR and wanted to know what it is.
And as far as I know, cheating is the key part of it. But if MC rejects girls or picks a GF, it simply can't be NTR at that point.

So the whole thing about DPC loosing fanbase over it seems unrelated to NTR, more so showcase of people not willing to see anyone else enjoying life and the LI's you rejected. Pure incel behavior: If I won't have her, no one ever will, hurr durr.

I'm not going to enter in the meaning of NTR. The whole concept repels me. But I think most of the players don't see the game like a movie, and somehow identify themselves with MC. So, they don't want to see possible Lis being dicked by others. Maybe you are not interested in a Li in a gameplay, but you can be interested in her the next one. It's not something exciting for most people to see other guys than MC doing magic in bed with a Li, and I think it would ruin those new possible gameplays with a Li if the player knows that she would end up with another guy if he prefers other girl during the actual gameplay.

But, MC can't end up with all Lis, so I think that at the end of the game, as an epilogue or something, at least some of the Lis that weren't "the one" will find love with other characters. Maybe Jill with Rusty, maybe Zoey with Jacob... But only at the very endo of the game, like DPC did with Acting Lessons.

Can be, but at the end of the game, once it's clear that MC is going to end up with someone else.

Being clear, I wouldn't mind if Jacob says to MC next episode: "Hey bro, I think I have a crush on Zoey after the party. Do you mind if I do something about?". I would say "Kudos for you, bro, go for her and blessings". Or if I see Rusty dating Jill at some point. But I'm not actually interested in Zoey or Jill and I will follow their branches just out of curiosity. I don't know what would think about that the people who think about them as real Lis, even if not the main one.

Agreed, although Josy is the one who asked MC for help in Ep. 5, so allowing Maya go sulk on her own is probably OK even to a CHICK MC.

I haven't done the math, but I think if you choose Maya both times, and decline Maya in Ep. 9 (i.e., 'mention Josy'), might that still allow for an equal number of lewd scenes?

I haven't tested it, so I could be wrong, but that should give 4 points for Maya, and 3 for Josy, so yeah, that should work too.

just finished up the Bella LI ep 9 playthrough. so i have completed each of my LI's and the others.
my fav in order.
1. Bella -wasn't expecting some of the great stuff we saw here
2. Sage - on par with Bella for me. she is just alot of fun in this episode. best ep for so far imo.
3. Others - so much variety here. love the concept of dating lots of girls in college. 1 LI is too limiting imo.
4. Josy-Maya - Maya is still whiney, Josy is heading towards being with MC more than Maya imo.
5. Jill - i like Jill. hope we can make her more slutty and lead her towards a 3some with Bella in the future. there is something in their backstory we haven't learned yet but i think i have an idea that they messed around a bit which caused James and Bella to split up.
and since James has not been around for 3 yrs, i see no reason to bring him back into the story. why would he come back?
