Sorry to bring this back again, but I just can't help it. The infamous "MC warns Maya about Quinn" scene. This is the script:

Yeah, It is a huge plot hole. Once the MC becomes closer to Sage why doesn't he just tell her that Quinn is using the sorority as a front for prostitution?

And yet those are prety clear cut facts that form a pretty solid conclusion. Hard to call it a theory when the evidence is clear as day.
Just like when you kept saying for months that mc wouldn't join the DIKs in ep 5:LUL:
If I were you I wouldn't be so sure about my assumptions:BootyTime:
Dude no offense but you always treat your theories like they are proven facts, add a bit of humbleness in your holy wine, it wouldn't hurt(y)

I never said that he wouldn't join the DIKs, just that something could happen to delay it for a few more episodes.

Obviously, that didn't happen, but this is different. We have very clear evidence that Dawe went to see Quinn to renege on their deal because she tells Riona that what she talked about with him was "bad news", and then flat-out admits to Tommy that her deal with them is done.

So the nature of that clandestine meeting seen at the end of the ep 3 is hardly a "theory", it is what happened because the game pretty much says so.

What's the safe have to do with it? Rusty doesn't keep the laptop in the safe until after the Cathy cluck. It's mentioned several times that the laptop was just left lying around most of the time.
The laptop is a distraction for her to get in the safe.

My theory goes like this. Camila is fucking Rusty (we know she is off somewhere after the conversation with Mona) while Rusty is distracted someone (Riona) steals the laptop and posts the cluck. When all hell breaks loose Quinn goes in search of the DIKS stash of cash they use to fund the frat. She may or may not know about the safe. She wants the money to pay for her drug addiction. she may hope the safe isn’t locked or think she knows the number. Who knows? But the picture being dislodged to reveal the safe suggests someone was looking for it.

This is pure speculation on my part but it makes sense. Remember Quinn was there during spin the bottle, but suddenly when the lap top is gone she is nowhere to be found.

I agree he could be a bit more forthright in the moment. However perhaps the argument is he isn't against sex workers (he seems to have a soft spot for Camilla and Riona) but he doesn't trust the way Quinn gets the girls involved. So in essence if Maya wants to be a sex worker who is her to judge. But if Quinn tries to force or blackmail her that's different and he Maya should know it's a possibility.

My assumption is the MC would think that Sage knows about the escorting. It's going on right under her nose and involves all of the second years and possibly some of the first years not to mention the 'Daughters'

How would she know the combination to the safe?

I can see that being a possibility, but Quinn isn't needing money because she has a drug addiction, she needs it to pay the dealers that she gets the drugs from that she supplies on campus because she's coming up short on the payments to them.

How would she know the combination to the safe?
She wouldn't, probably because she naively wouldn't think it would be in a wall safe. She might have thought she'd find it in a lock box that she could carry out of the mansion or even break open and take what she needed from it.

Then again, maybe she was able to get the combination out of Tommy when he was wasted on drugs but ended up not having as much time as she thought to get it open.

I’m fairly sure the reason she is coming up short is because she is getting high on her own supply. She blames it of Riona (classic junky move) but I frankly don’t think she would dare to go against Quinn in this way. Plus when she has the conversation with Riona I don’t think she even mentions the idea it might be her fault.

She is the only one we see injecting drugs, and trying to get other people on board with that. She’s already selling the Jocks sugar pills if she isn’t using where exactly has this inability to pay her dealer come from?

How would she know the combination to the safe?
As HB says, she might of thought she new the code, or hoped it would be unlocked or simply not realised it was in a safe and been hoping it was just hidden somewhere.

I have a question which may possibly be a glaring plot hole. So the real reason Quinn convices Sage to go along with her plan to go to the Preps Hell Week party was so that she could try and sell to them out of desperation to make money. However Heather tells Riona that the HOT's make more than enough money to support all the new pledges and questions why they had to be there which begs the question wouldn't Sage as the President of the HOT's be well aware of this and shut down Quinns idea in the first place?

So she's going to destroy the DIK's, the Frat where a good number of her customers are members, just to try to carry out a poorly planned scheme? You guys are really reaching here. I think it's much more likely that Quinn has just mis-managed her drug business just like we've already seen her mis-manage her prostitution business.

We know that Sage pretty much leaves the running of the HOTs to Quinn and she seems like a pretty hands-off President. So maybe she's unaware of how much the HOTs make from their non-illegal ventures and Quinn was able to convince her they needed to to do this to support all the new girls joining.

Heather also may be blissfully unaware of how much the HOTs make from the non-illegal ventures and is ignorantly under the impression that all their charitable and community ventures make more than they actually do because they're bolstered by Quinn's drug and prositution rings, and Quinn essentially "cooks the books" to hide it.

Everybody always gets this part wrong. IF Quinn were behind the Cathy pic, it's not because she's intentionally trying to sabotage or "destroy" the DIKs, or that she even thinks this would accidentally result in any kind of serious harm. It would simply be a rash and impulsive move out of desperation that she would naively and perhaps also arrogantly believe would be something the DIKs can easily bounce back from and that she'd get away with.

Quinn likes to mess with people, particularly if it suits her best interests, but certainly doesn't seem like someone who really thinks through the potential consequences of her actions, and this would certainly fit that bill.

No, that's just not plausible in any way. The whole theory just feels very flimsy. As I said before I think you're really reaching on this one.

Maybe however wouldn't Quinn keep all the dirty money for herself since she owes her supplier?

Probably giving Quinn too much benefit of the doubt, but I feel like she is doing what she does for the HOTs, that she gives a cut to the HOTs, pays the dealers what she owes, and maybe pockets a bit extra for herself. From what John Boy said in ep 5 about Elena, I get the sense that each HOT has to do something to bring money in and most of it is charitable/community work, but I can't see Quinn doing that, so perhaps she fakes it or pretends to get the money from elsewhere.

Ahaha, what is this theory bro? :ROFLMAO: There's no indication that Quinn and Tommy have had sex (at least recently), so I would rule out her having an STD from him because he fucked Arieth. + I doubt that she pimps herself out and just fucks people she actually likes, for money or for free. In my playthrough, I stayed with Sage, and she mentions that Quinn took a liking to the MC, so for me that was the factor why any of the further scenes with Quinn happened
Just saying, you never know. tommy does share needles with Quinn and i highly doubt Quinn's only smashing the mc.
By the by fucking for money is pimping yourself out...
