For anyone wanting to add experience points to your game....
+ Download and extract UnRen-0.91 into your Being_Super folder (NOT in the game folder)
+ Run Unren-0.91, and pick #3 to unlock the games console feature, and then hit esc to exit
+ Access console while game and save is load... then hit shift and O to open console
+ enter the following command MC_EXP=40000 and hit enter, then esc to exit
Enjoy

the developer should focus in one MC , becoz every update we got low content it's not fun .
I Think having 2 paths is the problem. Personally gym path is enough for me. Other one is just a .....
Think the dev has mentioned a few times that he's going to merge the paths. The MC is more or less free lance anyway so he could just alternate days between jobs. Personally, I think the office arc is harder to drop. It is very easy to fit Ana in and continue her arc w/o the gym. Hard to do that for the Indian girl and Miranda w/o the Office.

There's truth to that, it's a lot of extra render time for the dev and much larger file sizes for players too as we have 2 sets of renders and animations for everything the MC is in, even if each of us will only use one or the other.
However, I feel the decision to provide that choice was an important design element not made lightly by the dev, and he should keep it as is (besides, retroactive changes are also a huge waste of dev's time). Having said that, there is an easy out going forward should the dev wish to use it. The MC is a half-Alien/mutant afterall, he can conceivably have any skin tone as his true natural state. MC's already had a major physical change after he stopped taking the pills. Who's to say there can't be another change when he, say, activates the purple thingamajig or tries to read the scroll for the first time?
Boom...both versions of the MC now looks like Wentworth Miller (Prison Break guy), or Jason Momoa or something. (Which, considering half his genes are from Ruby, is more consistent anyway). Or heck, he could be purple, or metallic like the Silver Surfer
. No exposition needed either. Wolfsbane and Sunspot have already appeared in this game looking completely different in human vs mutant guise. We can just assign him the power to appear as he was before to everyone else but always sees himself as he is, which as a POV story, is every render. No retroactive changes needed, no more double render workload going forward....
PS. Mr Sandman love the game btw, really great job.

Looks like dark skin is gonna get dropped. Probably forever because honestly no way it will be touched after light skin has a year of progress and renders ahead of it. Unless you plan to halt light skin in 2023, I'd be a bit more realistic about that paths future Sandman.

Personally, I loved being able to play as the dark skin MC since it helped immserse myself in the game. Not often is the option given for the MC especially skin color. I am sure I am in the minority who play with the dark skin MC so my vote probably means little, but was a major reason I gave this game a shot and contributed in the past towards the Patreon. I am pretty invested in it, and who knows when Sandman will get that GPU considering the state of things. But, it would be selfish of me to hope dark skin MC wouldn't be paused just so I could continue. Guess I will wait for dark skin MC to return and hope everyone enjoys the updates. If dark skin MC is completely dropped, it is what it is I guess.

i would prefer dark skin mc with dark skin landlady, roommate, etc...
the way it is/was done here is kinda off, imo, the same way it would be off by having white skin mc with dark skin family...(regardless of this being fantasy game with mutants, spacecraps and all other wonders).
either way, it is good to focus solely on one mc, as all those games presenting/fishing with multiple choices (dark, white, yellow, male, female, futa..) cant have as quick development as it would be with only one mc-option, thats sure.

I am fine with the implementation since it isn't like families like this don't exist. Plus would be even more work to implement scenes for both beyond just the MC.

I understand from your POV the dark skin character helps with immersion. I don’t mind having the option, but it does seem like extra work. But I feel the pain of the fans who played the darker Mc version.

on pornhub those surely do exist...irl, only as rare exceptions, adopted kids of wealthy families/celebrities, stepfamilies etc.
if one intend to properly implement multiple mc choices, he would need not only to simply change their skin, yet to change/adapt their personalities (reactions, talk, manners etc) if he wanna to make it more realistic, and interesting to play.
and as we have said, even two simple mcs-choices arent sustainable for game developing.
fingers crossed switching to one mc will result in faster and longer updates....slim chances probably, yet lets hope.

Bit of a shame too as I think it's the only game with a black protagonist going outside of Bastard Girls which is nearly unplayable and Starship Inanna. Wonder why the poll was made public before running it amongst their current patrons.
I'm actually glad for the switch to just one mc. Although it'd be nice to have more games with black mc's, this one i feel is already ambitious enough being a sandbox and offering so many different powers and choices, and so far the content is pretty high quality but i think the amount of work is already massive enough taking into account one mc, let alone two. Maybe once the game's finished the author can go back and add the black mc
I agree that more games need a black MC, but be sure to make him(if it's male) more than a stereotype. Too many 'Tyrone' MCs that are there only to be a thug or to cuck the white MC with the baseball bat between his legs. More well-rounded MCs of any color, gender, or whatever are always welcome.
