I think you need to change the part where Brutus calling MC as skinny ass (for players who selected gym trainer job path as their first choice). Because when those players MC's meeting with Brutus, it will be past the stage in which MC stop taking the Muscle growth preventing pills from the female doc.

But no more fresh gameplay please. Enough of those!! I rather accept unsuitable skinny ass part rather than another fresh gameplay!!

It might be, he said he was going to update the mod after he gets back from work though. So you should probably just wait with playing until he updates it.
