Good day, I have couple of things to say noone cares about

).
Problem is: you didn't abide by "real life rules" at all (what I wrote above + giant shlong), which doesn't break "realism", only to break "realism" to kinda soften it by following "the rules".
Why use creatures bigger than human and give them enormous cocks, only to then have no impact? Pointless. Use bigger "enemies" and have them pack 6 inches...?
Do what you want do to do. With the Witcher it's easy, there are monsters of almost all sizes. But damn, if you want have elephant schlong time to time, please use some bulges. I guess you fans would get over it; might lose some, sure, but also gain some.
Have a nice day, effing off now.
I'd you do great job, one of my favourite sets is Radio Silence for those reasons, even though it's "boring" humanoid and character of Alyx from Half-Life, to whom I have no relationship. I thing you are very good at what you're doing, if not great. When I'm making something I want it to look good - that's my main goal first and foremost. I like to think that my smut is more...hmm...what's the word - sophisticated or erotic than some others as I put a lot of time and effort into crafting a story and atmosphere to a set than just straight up sex. So I try to give my stuff a cinematic feel to it.
This is balanced and logical approach. But the next part...It's almost like a video game. We accept things that aren't possible IRL for the sake of fun and gameplay. Like easier movement, health that regenerates etc. Even in realistic games there are things that aren't accurate to real life for the sake of gameplay. I se my smut as similar to that. I try to make look realistic, but I'll bend the rulesslightly for better smut.
This (here Ciri-Fiend, but applies to other works) is unreal times two to begin with. It isn't real life plus these creatures/monsters are enemies, who attack/kill you, not make love with characters. That doesn't happen in porn, everyone accepts and understands that (to be fair, it not being rape is good by me, but also unrealAt the end of the day, this isn't real life, therefore I don't have to abide by real life rules. Nothing I make is crazy extreme as that's not my style. So, yes, in real life, Ciri would not be able to take the Fiend. But it's not real life so we can use our imagination to fill in the parts of the image I'm not showing.
