I'm really sorry but this is the 3dr time i tried playing this game / reading the story, but it all makes no sense to me.
I'm guessing there is a lot of back and forth between present and past, but hardly any indication when what happens.
Also the fact that the changes are so abrupt makes it even more difficult.
I've read all your commentary how things will be explained some day, and some things are already explained in the story so far.
But sorry I never reach the end, even more never reached the end of update one before I give up.

But I guess you're in good company, I never got though the start of Mary Shelly's masterpiece.
Lovecraft, Clark Ashton Smith, Jack Williamson & Doyle are much easier to read.
