Really cool game, I love the story. It's so wholesome and I can't wait for our protagonists to get together! I'm hooked. I did notice a few things that I think could improve the game, though:
First, there is a LOT of switching between two different images for long conversations. I don't think that it is necessary to switch the camera/image for nearly every line of dialogue. I know there's a lot of dialogue (which I don't mind) but it's okay to hold on one view for a few lines of dialogue before switching. The constant back and forth flipping is a bit much sometimes.
Second, I know the nudity and sex scenes aren't your main focus, but they will definitely act as the main fuel drawing attention for the game. Unfortuantely, they're a little lacking currently. You tend to rush through them, and in a few short lines and a barrage of quick cut shots, suddenly it's over. Especially with the automatically moving scenes. I think if you gave them more breathing room and allowed the characters to talk or moan, or just say what they're feeling more, that would help. And just let us click through them on our own. I'm sure there are a ton of people missing shots because they don't know they're supposed to hold off on clicking. Adding in more medium shots of faces, reactions, boobs, kissing, whatever, would make it feel a bit more romantic and less quick and cold. Also, PLEASE add more light. That threesome scene with the male MC and Catelyn was sooo dark and it was over in flash. IMO, just spending a bit of extra time to frame, light, and dialogue the stills in a more cinematic manner is better use of time than some of the lower frame rate animations, which I know are still a pain.
Third, I really think you should consider upgrading the nipples, at least on the girls, to actual 3d modeled nipples. They look so much better. The flat basic DAZ decal nipples just don't look great and they cheapen the look of your game. Be that a nipple asset or just doing some work with sliders to actually give them 3d depth, it would help a lot. None of the good games today are using the basic DAZ flat jpg nipples anymore, and it would up the quality of those scenes. Tying into my previous point too, you do SO much good writing to set up these characters and relationships, and then it all culminates in a mediocre sex scene and feels like a bit of a letdown.
Last thing isn't really an improvement, just an additional feature that I'd appreciate. It would be really cool to be able to see ALL the scenes for both characters in the same playthough. In my playthrough, whenever Emma and the male MC are not together, I am constantly saving, reloading and switching the character POV to go back and watch both of their scenes. I like being able to know what each of them are doing when they're on their own paths. I know that I could just play through the game twice, but I'd rather see both characters scenes back to back so I know the context of what they were doing and what they are thinking when they meet back up. Plus, the majority of people are not going to play through the game twice. I would LOVE a built in option where we could just select both characters and the different POV scenes would play one after the other. I know there is a little messiness with inner thoughts, but I think it could still be done. Anyway, that's just a wish because I simply don't want to miss anything.
That's it. Hope you don't think I'm bashing your game, because I really do enjoy it and love the direction it's going.
