It's supposed to be at the warehouse, but I clicked everywhere and nothing happens. (Did another run without selecting the brush first, as that's a bug, apparently. Still nothing.)

Bah. So much content, so well hidden. :/

You have to stay as the bum & beg for 3 days, or something. Then you can find the wire.

Thank for you help. I did beg once, but did not think to do it again. Now, I can click on the wire, but not get it.
Well, this game is not for me. The puzzles are absurd. :/

Any plans on allowing the player to influence the story at all? So far, all the choices don't matter other than slightly altering which sex scenes you get. You also have a possession power and the player never gets to choose how to use it, it's always just a plot point.
