I feel like an average rating that hovers between 3 and 4 stars is the new way of telling whether a game is worth trying these days.

With the caveat that most of the reviews are 3s or 4s and not extremely polarized like "5 out of 5! It's the first version and I don't have much to go off of but I like the renders!" and "1 out of 5. This is SHITTY SHIT!"

I find reviews of 3s and 4s for games that are still in the early dev stages are usually more measured in highlighting good aspects while still pointing out things the reviewer didn't like.

Ach, never-mind. The Engrish gets worse as it goes along. Squad is even spelled right a little later. It is all so inconsistent. This definitely seems like it was thrown half-baked through google translate.
