Massive L, this was shaping up to be one of the best NTR titles this year on the demo alone.

Any news from the dev?

I heard mention that the twitter account that everyone thought was linked to him confirmed that there wasn't any relation.
That is weird. Where did you get the info from?

Someone asking "how are you?" in Japanese a few months ago, and this is what they said in response:
"Hello, I saw your message on Lion Doll/DH File. Unfortunately, I am not the developer of the game. I am just one of the followers who are looking forward to the game as much as you. I noticed the game in 2020 and let everyone know that year. Pay more attention to this game

so I am sharing the information about this game. We are all still looking forward to the completion of this game. We hope that one day it will be completed. Please continue to pay more attention to it."
So that seems like a pretty clear answer unless you start to get more conspiratorial. It's also in English by choice, responding to a Japanese comment... which I don't recall ever seeing the developer use so casually on his blog, so just one more oddity that makes it seem even less likely.

TBF this entire thing is weird. I get that things happen and people die or get interrupted by life, but its always a shame when a dev puts years into the development of a game and then not too long before release they just disappear without a trace.

Many devs are unstable. We had an Asian guy making NTR games. He had A LOT of nice ideas and his games were unique, yet very unpolished. Because of some criticism and maybe anti-NTR hate he just dropped gamedev entirely.

I will keep hope until the end of the year that the dev is still working on the game but without reporting his progress.

From what I saw with myself included, there were a number of people criticizing his slow updates.

There is a good chance this is me inhaling massive amounts of copium though.

It would be a massive shame if he abandoned it as it looked like he added a lot of content based on the previous update reports.

If anyone learns anything, please update the thread!

For the meantime, there is Home Prisoner which is another slowly developed game that is looking extremely promising.

Any link to that Home Prisoner game?
