asking "how are you?" in Japanese a few months ago, and this is what they said in response:So that seems like a pretty clear answer unless you start to get more conspiratorial. It's also in English by choice, responding to a Japanese comment... which I don't recall ever seeing the developer use so casually on his blog, so just one more oddity that makes it seem even less likely.

TBF this entire thing is weird. I get that things happen and people die or get interrupted by life, but its always a shame when a dev puts years into the development of a game and then not too long before release they just disappear without a trace.

I will keep hope until the end of the year that the dev is still working on the game but without reporting his progress.
From what I saw with myself included, there were a number of people criticizing his slow updates.
There is a good chance this is me inhaling massive amounts of copium though.
It would be a massive shame if he abandoned it as it looked like he added a lot of content based on the previous update reports.
If anyone learns anything, please update the thread!
For the meantime, there is Home Prisoner which is another slowly developed game that is looking extremely promising.

Not much NTR in the game just yet but the setup is crazy.
Shaping up to be one of the best slow burn NTR games IMO but it remains to be seen with future content.
Would suggest trying it out then waiting an update or two.

We've gone 8 months without an update whatsoever from the dev. I fear the worst has come and this high potential game has unfortunately been terminated by the inaction of yet another unstable game developer. What a shame. I'm guessing something really bad happened after their family member died and its caused them to essentially drop everything to deal with it.

The good and bad news is that you can never really know for certain, like how the developer for another highly-anticipated NTR game called "Black Rune" vanished for over two years with no announcement or explanation but then suddenly resurfaced just a few months ago over the summer to not just continue working on Black Rune, but also share his plans for another four smaller projects.
H-game developers can just be weird sometimes.
I really wish this game had full body sprites on the side like VP, after seeing how VP handled sprites like that, immediately thought of this game and how amazing it wouldve been if it did that
