I think I saw something about some earlier content to flesh out some stuff - when I play, I have the option to watch a flashback at the start that I hadn't seen before, and I only played it for the first time recently.

I’ve also added a new cutscene at the beginning of the game that gives a bit more insight into Sarah’s backstory. Other than that, there’s no new playable content yet... that’ll come with the next update (1.4), which will be a bit more special. This one will be version 1.3.2.
