Weird. Just checked again, for me it shows "aunt" in the dialogs in this last chapter.
My suggestion: load your save and change the relation in the mod to aunt even if it's already aunt there. Maybe your save needs a redo of the relation setting. Otherwise I have no clue.

you know, i'v been looking all the way up on this thread on the tags list, and i see bdsm,corruption,humiliation,male dom,rape and slave, among other things, if you play the game the mc himself SAYS "i DO NOT consider myself a good person" and "as long as they don't mess with me or the people i LOVE (and yes, the romance tag does not only apply to more soft core fedora typing mcs, some1 can be more rough and hard core in bed and still be in love with there love parteners), i won't mess with them. But the moment they do, i will unleash the worst HELL upon there lives" (witch is where we get all thous more extreme mcs action come about) "i became a monster just like him, EVEN WORST" sooo if this is how the mc discribes HIMSELF, why are soo many of you makeing surprise pikachu faces when he does what the tags of this game content says he does? 
as for the prolapse thing, that's not my thing either, BUT here is the little problem, this site does NOT have such a tag, therefor there isn't all that much the dev can do when it comes to properly taging that 1 in the game's tags so people would know, this is something you guys might have to ask the mods of the forum to create extra missing tags for games that have some fetishis that are not yet found in the present taging system
now ofc it's fine to don't like the mc for all thous reasons, but..., this is how he has been from the beginning, with no hints or plot points to sugest that he will be any different going forward, so i totaly get people not likeing him but i don't get why people are SURPRISED about him almost 1 year and a half later when the hole plot of this game is, some1 messed with my loved 1ns (some1 messed with my romance tag love interests) and i will bring down hell upon them

Loving the story but.... Not that I have a problem with it.... But too much prolapse!!! I can see him doing it to anyone outside of the family circle freely.. True he's a broken doll with a fucked up life... Yet to pull off his life long dream he needed to think somewhat logically so he can have the ability to control his prolapse fetish to a point!!! He doesn't have to be vanilla with the fam (I personally enjoy dominating the shit out of submissive women)... So, dev, what was the poll for? To ignore the wishes of the fans? So many have voted in favor of vaginal sex and you still stick to anal prolapses. I don't have a problem with it, but at this point, it's overused and not sexy anymore. Also, you mention pregnancy under planned tags, but at this point with the whole anal sex bs, we will likely get no girl pregnant. In order to get a girl pregnant, she needs to have vaginal sex. Just mentioned it. Or the girls in your story have their uterus magically attached to their anus? I will check back in a the next update or one later, but if this story continues to use anal sex as the majority, then I'm most likely out. At one point it's just too much.

mmmh idk tbh, considering we haven't even begin the MAIN "fight/war" of this series we might actually still have a lot in the tank since we have mostly been only through the characters introductions and there history/motivations, so natuarly we don't know how far and for how long the dev intends to go through with this game, but from a story perspective like i said, we just barely went past character introductions and basic backstories
Maybe, because there are only two family members left for an anal prolapse...
