Started this game for the first time, finished chapter 1 twice, just to get a first look at the different dialogues/paths.

Now i'm wondering about some things:

how many paths are possible?
Are they relatively easy to follow or are they kind of "good twisted"?

basically 4 paths iirc, good solo Hannah, good harem, evil solo Hannah, evil harem. Easy to follow.
