This covers most of your bases, but there will absolutely be iterations even within those. For example, there can be deaths on either path, or you might have avoided those.
2 Primary endings to the story. Good vs evil.
2 Primary endings to the relationships within each of those, solo vs harem.
Variations among those based on whether or not you got anyone killed with your choices. This is set into stone now. You cannot undo it based on what happens in C10. Hell, the first step toward whether or not you lose anyone happens all the way back in Chapter 2, and it's a multi-step process. That's why I laugh when people say that the early choices have no purpose or value. Note: This will NOT be an Acting Lessons type scenario. You basically had to actively try to kill someone to get to that point. I expect less than 2% of people will see it happen.

-resisted alorine whenever possible
-merciful, never killed unless absolutely necessary
-assured i didn't let someone die. (will do another save where this ain't the case, likely leads to bittersweet ending variation)
Evil path:
-arrogant and never helped anyone
-fully submitted to alorine
-killed whenever prompted
-assured i did let someone die. (will do another save where this ain't the case)
-on harem: girls corrupted and made submissive.
