Adjust it to where he's from the same world she's from, there, patched and she's his actual sister again, if she just has to be from another world (ie needed as a basic story element and not a simple origin-story bulllshit made up to appease Patreon that will never be revisted again). Some AVN's get almost entirely rewritten if need to make it incest and also fit the renders, but still keep the basic story intact. Granted that's a lot of work if it's not completed yet so those are rare for AVNs still in development.

Sounds like someone needs to make one then, and change the story a bit and make him from the same world she's from. I do know this had an incest tag at one point (a thread search mentions as much as well), otherwise I wouldn't have started playing it in the first place. I'm guessing that other-world bullshit was added in a later update to kiss Patreon's asses.

By doing that, you might as well just not play the game since the whole premise is being from "another world".
Then open the script with any text editor you feal like, re-write the story to suite your kinks. Job done.

Well, as an incest fan it's probably about risk, same as for exhibitionists getting a huge turn-on boost by risking getting caught exposing themselves or fucking in public. With non-relatives there's really not nearly as many risks involved (other than perhaps an STD or pregnancy, or maybe getting murdered if you're fucking someone's gf or wife). Even with step relatives it's just vanilla fucking but they just happen to live in the same house, that's why it simply annoys incest fans that generally want the real thing. With moms and sisters there's not just pregnancy but inbred baby risk, social pariah risk, maybe legal risk if you are in one of those prude regions that outlaw it, etc. As far as incest in AVNs = good. Incest IRL = better, like comparing cartoon pussy vs real pussy. Granted not everyone is into that but to each their own. There's used to be plenty of porn sites dedicated to just incest, with real relatives fucking (send in a sex tape with proof of blood relation = get paid $$$) and not just vanillas roleplaying it (pre-crypto so guessing payment processors shut them down, or they were hosted in a region where that was illegal).

It's a problematic idea IF the him not being from the same world is an important plot point ... which it seems to be so far .
As for your assumption , I'm pretty sure i tried a version of this with her being an outworlder rather early , more than a year ago. The tag was likely there because they were raised as siblings .
Anyway your solution seems to bring more problems than fixes

Great update, some very nice scenes and good setup for the future. If I had one nitpick it's that sometimes the MC can get surprisingly meek out of nowhere. 90% of the game he's afraid of nothing and states plainly what he wants and just takes it, but then there's these bits where he acts like he's been whipped.
Like the scene with Orlem where the guy is pretty much gloating and MC does not put him in his place with a very firm "I can make this end as easily as I arranged it". It's not a huge issue, but sometimes it does jump out.

It was never incest. MC and his "sister" were always unrelated and just had a sibling like relationship.
all updates i have played was incest, but well if its not there anymore ill just ignore
