Solved, thanks for guide, i did restart the game and got the Orlem/Meralda scene and Eve scnse apeared! still i did the choices those i did before.

You have to go back to when Orlem and the fat guy are talking to Meralda and choose "Just Observe".

yes that is indeed what happened you have to load a previous save if you have one with Meralda and the fat man working out that's far enough back.
it still ends at the same place which is annoying, I really hope the dev can stop doing that and just make everything in order instead.

Added scene is
1) Meralda (Non NTR) path with MC
2) Eve (NTR path) with Rodolf
- you will need to load save after the leila meet, just before meeting Meralda, and be on non Orlem path
- for second scene just continue after Meralda scene but you need to be on Eve-Rodolf NTR path

*Both these scenes happens just before the Freya scene*
