negroid is nuetural termin, used in different languages (I'm saying it as an Russian citizen, we also use termin african. however even in Russia in some communities due to American culture, word negroid is trying to be avoided. also I would like to state that in spanish negro basically means black, so it's mostly American problem with n-word)
Yeah, historically it isn't exactly an inflammatory word but its use on the internet today is overwhelmingly offensive in nature. Think the content matter of the picture speaks to that just fine as a weird attempt at scientific racism. Again I'm not sure it's inclusion was intentional or not as it's not even used but I thought I'd bring it to the devs attention.

There is a poll (I think still going on) in his blog post to decide which character should be added in. One of the choices is the actress Dakota Skye which leads the votes right now. I guess it won't change tho ^^
That word is definitely not racist in my country. That said, there are so many games here that would need to be removed if that is what counts as racist now.
