is there any info if the Lisa and eric content will get a other option to choose. Like do not interfere?

Using this as a measuring stick, if you start a new game Eric is deposed about halfway through. The dev has said from the being that Eric will eventually be gotten rid of on all routes (I interpret that to even mean may converge into on route temporarily or permanently). War path is done with him, think fake friendship is in the next update maybe both. Long and long I don't foresee much Eric content left on the remaining routes. Also I'm not the dev can't speak for him, but I would not hold out much hope on him going all the way with Lisa or Alice.

My copy (.05 compressed) switches to English back even after I click "Russian". Only second switching works, and after loading any save - it's English again. Something in this mechanic seems broken.

lol if Eric won't have an option to stay in ANY of the routes, then like uh how is this any different than original? might be a silly question but didn't follow this one closely enough to know

Eric is not the only Protagonist in this (XX_AS). And I didn't lose interest in the game when I got rid of him. Try it first, it was a pleasant surprise to realize it's still fun with no frustration. Plus even after I completed all the task I'm still finding a lot of hidden scenes and dialogues throughout the game.

This game was originally intended to start where old game was abandoned, that's why it was called "Another Story". Eric wasn't even going to be in this game, but the dev decided to make some changes to the first part, so he started the game over. So we will not get to the start of this game, until we get to the point where the old game left off.

Press L to switch languages without having to enter the configuration menu.

The original stories are only partially in this game and will never be integrated fully. While the beginning is almost the same, after a while BBAS develops it's own story arcs.

This is true, but last I heard from the dev we've still got some things from original to go. One being family porn movies, with Kira, Alice, Ann, and Max, not Lisa. Of coarse it want be exactly like original, but there is this, and other things, still to come.

That's one part I'll just have to grind through and hope it's not to bad

seriously. It's how GOOD games give quests and items descriptions.

I have 40 unfinished installed Steam games and 10 from f95. Some may not have time to read storyline of every Pulitzer award winning game Or re-read, because it's redo of events you experienced 10 times.

plus the amount of confusion about what events occur at which routes, to the extend everyone all the time asks on forum and needs to read a walkthough...
But nooo, gallery which could serve as FUNCTIONAL hints (check Cutely Suspicious) is restricted to... 30! $! like wtf Aleksey.

And before you start yelling at me, I support as 5$ when there's update, because of slow burn of events in this remake

If you don't have time to read, don't play a story driven game, that just ... counterproductive.
And you are wrong: The good story driven games let you talk to characters and you need to figure out what to do next by yourself, they have no hints or quest description. The good games don't have quest descriptions. But since we have them, I am glad that there is some context and not just a todo-list.

Really, it only takes max. 2 minutes for a slow reader to read the description text and the hints are not hidden THAT deeply. Just turn your brain on and you will be fine ... or read the walkthrough for a short step by step guide. It's supposed to be hints, not instructions.

If you don't like games with text, you should really pick something else.

But really: 40 ... That's just a rock on my pile of shame :) But then again there are games which I finished a hundred times (not exagerating, I really played Indy4 on all 3 paths over and over back in the days, I never finished Zak MacKracken tho).
