Ok, first of you are correct, so far Eric has bin a nice guy in this version. I don't have a doubt that will change in the next update. As for Sociopathic, I was in the USMC, now I'm disabled, so you my be right. As for killing anyone, I've had my feel of that in real life. I have no desire to make Eric my bitch. This is not a prison game, has no gay tag. That said I'm glad Eric is in the game, so many things about this game would not be posable without him. In the original I don't think Eric was out to steal Ann's house, but rather to con her into signing over the house to him. This is believable, because of the way Ann had complete trust in Eric. By the way I don't have a postman, I have a mail lady, and I wouldn't dream of harming her.
I didn't mean it like that. I have no interest in "exploring" Eric that way. Doubleteaming one of the girls with him on his "good" path, sure. If one of the girls wants to try pegging, she's more than welcome to try it on Eric on his "bad" path. Exploring his black star myself? No thanks, don't swing that way. I meant it more in the non-prison term, like the whipping boy or the cuck I'd love to make him into.
Eric's plan in the Original game was to leave ASAP. I don't think he had any intention about the House!
My guess was maybe steal Money from the Office and put blame on Ann?

How much game name says Another story i think that you should'nt look so much at what was in original BB.
Its your game so you can make new story close to original , you can even make eric good guy, you can do whatever you want.
Its good that you are reading what fans say about new story.
This is what i think i don't want to make you do anything what you dont want. Just my advice is to make better eric storyline even as side character he is best antagonist in games like this and thats what make BB so good.
I think DS made original game worse than it should be because he didn't go with one story that was at start, so he changed at already started game, on half job he changed eric and mc, mc from voyeur guy that is watching his family to fuck him i am motherfucker in this house, and eric from friendly i want to fuck everyone to fuck and scum everyone.

I do hope Aleksey90 considers what people have been suggesting and brings to a conclusion on Eric's story.
But, if i did a remake of BB (oh! not again! and not another!)

In my playthroughs Eric's intentions were clear, take the house, kick the girls out and go back to his wife. His real name wasn't even Eric but Victor. No mater about the house, Victor was a con artist, that deserved to die. I think that it was implied, when Max told the underworld gang(mob) about Victor, he swam with the fishes.(If you know what I mean) It means they relived him of all his responsibilities, forever. Oh yeah, honestly good work on your mod, it will help a lot of fans of the game. Personally I don't use cheats or mods, unless they add more content to the game after I have played through the vanilla version. People like you deserve credit for your hard work, and I thank you. It is never my intention to make enemies here on F95. I truly hope that we can all enjoy this game, and if not then find something we do enjoy, to play.

I'm creating it with some balance, so people wont fall into Console and break the gameplay.
The next update will bring some Hints, like mini walkthroughs and more language support.

Option 1: Hand him over to Underworld gang and get him killed.
Option 2: Learn about Kate's Mom and Make Eric as her Pet or Slave in her Club/Dungeon.

Yeah, I get it but Max really only had one option, get rid of Eric. I have no interest in a threesome with another dude. I always turn him over to the gang. When you think about it, that's more humane, than giving him to Kate's mom. To each there own.
I know this is not the original BB, so we must wait and see how Aleksey will handle, Eric's story. I look forward to the next update, then I think we will get a better idea about it. When Max talk to him the second time, and don't go along with him, will we get that line about Eric fucking the sisters? Will he threaten to send Max to military school? At some point will he accuse Max of stealing his wallet? Yes Max is a true pervert, but Eric is a true dickhead.

I've seen a lot of talk about out Alpha'ing Eric/Victor, but if the "remake" is going the same lines as the original (like it has so far), I don't see how that can be done. Memory serves, in the original, his entire family was effectively brainwashed by Eric, putting MC on perma Beta status.
Their attitudes towards the MC was distrust and disdain, any progress would be cut off by Eric...you can Alpha yourself to death, it won't make a difference when the people you're trying to win back will only listen to the guy you're trying to defeat, regardless of circumstance.
In my opinion, that's why Eric is infamous as the most hated NTR guy ever created. NTR is fine when written well, but you stack the cards against the MC so heavily, even getting rid of the guy feels more or less like you've still lost. The family would have hooked on the corner for him if he asked, and done it with pride. I just hope it all gets written a bit better this time.

any release date prevision for this update ?
V0.04 requires a huge amount of work. I will be able to give a forecast for the release date after about May 15. And based on how much will be done by this time, I will already be able to tell whether the update will be as planned, large and late, or smaller and earlier.

I absolutely agree. The only reason why I follow this game is I believe the premise has potential IF DONE RIGHT. If I see that it follows the original too closely with making Eric impossible to beat, other than removal (by a third party), and is basically the eternal cockblock and NTR wet dream, I'm out. I'm fine with a bad path, and I'll play it, but if it's a re-hash, rather than a re-write (as promised), I'll have no more interest in playing.

This is so true, as to what I wish for this game. If Max needs to gather info on Eric by talking to the others, that's ok. But if he must go crying to others(Kira/Kate) to get rid of Eric for him, then it's the same old thing. Max must grow a set of balls. Max needs to get rid of Eric in, front of the family. He needs to man up, if he's going to be the man of the house. In original BB Max had a big dick, but no balls.
Because everything you guys said i think that there should like 2 new and better eric paths, 1st path where eric is enemy which you have few ways to stop one like in original with kate mom( but little bit changed, where you can meet her and make her one of your girls), one where you make plan how to fuck him with just making your ann see who is he, and one where you go to find his real identity and geting rid of him. Also there should be 2nd path where eric is friend where you have to choose with path you want , so you can make him your fake friend (something like combination of enemy and friend path, he thinks you are scared of him, you got to watch and to fuck with him and than you fuck him up), and real friend where he changes to not be asshole (means on part where he wants your house or whatever, also sending you to camp, not means for fucking whole family part) so he become "good" guy where you can make deals with him (like giving him information about what your family thinks about you you get to watch and fuck with him you family) and point of this path is to make you dont see his real intentions (all that is camuflage).
Could we please also drop this? I mean, why do we need to make Eric the root of all evil? Some people are just assholes without them being evil, and I'm happy with Eric just being an asshole, not because he's an evil mastermind or a criminal or whatever, but just because that's how he is.
