Nothing, BB was shit.

it got popular because it was one of the first big western H games. If it released today for the first time with the same gameplay it would do okay but wouldn't be anywhere near as popular as it was.

It's not really like that. At the start BB was a good game. Then the developer let the money rule the game. Some little fan, more or less 5% of the fanbase was netorare. And they wanna NTR in. So the developer was forced to put Eric in. And after that all the shit come out. More fan stop to pay him, he understand that NTR was the wrong thing, so he start to put a get ride of Eric. Some fan come back because they see some bright light again in. This is one of those games that got off to a good start and that was tortured so much that in the end the producer ran away, because he do not know hot to continue the game anymore.

A developer need to understand one thing. Start the game thinking who is the best for the game. Put choice in game. Do not do to many path. I think the best thing is a vanilla path and a stupid path. So you can concentrate on the game, without thinking to much.

You mean "Less than a day it's been posted on F95 and already someone who saw it on F95 reported it".

The version that is up here was published in early December and before that he published 2 Versions where he modded the original BB. So he was flying under the radar until someone here did not like what he was doing.

A "Female Eric" Perhaps an "Erica" where a woman comes in and steals your women... That could be a great twist from where the original game went wrong.

That allows for:

Path A) Sorta let it happen, spy on her and enjoy the lesbian ntr stuff... Maybe befriend her and have her blindfold girls as you play.

Path B) Step in and make Erica your fuck toy. Brings options for 3somes...

If eric was a hot female in the original game shit wouldn't have gone south.

Is funny to think but on patreon really have some sort of tracker i think the tracker are the ppl that use it.
Its sad but if you see how many pages was closed because someone spied on it.

In the past year i see like 40 or more game pass from incest to landlady. And thanks to some modder we can play the game with the incest thing restored in again.

For example look summertime saga. For more the a year the game become landlady. The intere story was a mess. Almost all the fanbase hate it. But in the end some good modder help in some way the developer with incest patch outside of the patreon.
Its sad that a genre need to be removed only because some ppl are how to say bigoted? Sorry me english it's really basic. I hope you understand who i wanna say

The problem was not realy the possible NTR.The real problem was how the girls especialy Ann,all turned into complete idiots.
Their intelligence go from 100 to 0 for less than a week.
Like imagine this in RL.
Completely unknow man enters your life and less than week later you take his word as a law.He is always right and your kids/in Ann's case/ or brother/if we are talking for Alice and Liza/ are always wrong.

But in any case. If i use you example i prefer to play the path B. There is no way i wanna lose me harem with anyone.

Yeah also this was one of the greatest problem in the game. It really bothered me how stupid they women in this game became.
