First for Lisa, use guide below. There's no "pretty girl" opportunity, you must mean "party girl". But that's not the one for kissing. Kissing is in "mentor" opportunity, you need to work through the guide first before you can get to that. If you need more help just ask, or read walkthrough in the OP, use the one by Black Panther.
In the current build, do I have to worry about a "deadline", i.e., a day (120th or something) where Eric has me shipped off to military school? Or is that only if I screw everything up? So far I've managed to not let him stay the main influencer of anyone but Ann, but I feel like I'm constantly treading water to do that. (Though not literally treading water since Eric never enters the pool with anyone, for whatever reason.)

No, and you don't need to worry about influence right now. Maybe next update. No mater what you do, Eric is powerless right now. You can't go to military school, even if you want to, maybe next update. Just keep the girls happy, far the most part, read the hints and you'll be fine. And don't worry about "Eric the fuck wad" he's my little bitch, and when I say jump, he better ask how high.

I enjoy this game, except for those periods where I'm living an almost Groundhog Day-like week, where I just keep doing yoga, keep washing dishes, keep showering, cleaning the pool, finding spiders, buying groceries, massaging Alice, massaging Lisa, getting "lessons" from Kira, doing Lisa's homework, buying cigarettes for Alice, rinse, lather, repeat. Once in a while something new happens, but that point A to point B between movie nights or Olivia visits feel long...
Most of the hints (and the walkthrough) have been helpful, as have your comments, so thank you for that. So if the solution to the last few opportunities is just 'patience', so be it. Just as long as I don't need to, for instance, screw up Lisa's homework so I can "save" her from punishment again or something. (Since I have no control over whether she behaves at school or not.)

Well, her story both here and in the original BB is pure fuckbuddies, I wouldn't mind some kind of romantic sublot with her though or anything to give her more depth as a character.
That said, she is a porn actress and enjoys it, and though she says she mostly does lesbian porn at her current job, she has obviously got tons of dicks, so it would make little sense to be too jealous of Eric getting her for the time being.

Ending these is mostly about getting Lisa topless. If she is topless when watching horror movies, that's as far as you can go far now. Is she topless when watching tv with Olivia and Max. Sounds like you just need to keep playing, but if you send your last save, I'll take a look at it.

In my game the only thing that pathetic poor excuse of a baboon, is going to smash, is his face, into a brick wall. Ever wonder why Ann always goes around with an, I need to get fucked look on her face, and that's after Eric just finished.
Basically all routes (eric friendship , war and emnity)all of them may potentially have Kira ntr blowjob scene with eric (either he caughts you in the bathroom at 2am or you tell him that kira blows you -in the friend path- , but only after giving lace suit to alice) and all of the paths also contain Ann and Eric scenes (which arent technically ntr , but they spark the fury of the virgin supremasists). Kira scene can be avoided by simply not continuing to either finger her or lick her in the bath, from what i tried you can fuck her without worry in the bath
