You can check the changelog for available content.
You get several hours of play time with the rebuild. If you struggle with some quests it can be even more hours ...
Playtime varies per player. Some are faster, others take their time when playing, so playtime is not an objective metric.

If you want to play a bigger chunk of content, use the old version before rebuild :
Big Brother: Another Story v0.09.2.03 (linked in OP)
However this version is no longer continued, so some quests will stay unfinished and certain content never made it into it.

I'll say this about Aleksey, update progress is slow, and the amount of content in an update is usually not on the major side (they may only be working on this in their free time). But we do get previews and BTS stuff reasonably consistently.

You can't be glazing the guy for posting screenshots straight from DAZ... It's lazy as fuck and they usually take 1-3 years to get rendered and put into the actual game.
