messing around with Daz again (feeling somewhat inspired). There's a weird glitch on Ann's dress that I'm puzzled by but overall the render turned out pretty good.

check smoothing settings, increase iterations, if that doesn't fix it, then select the dress, then Edit>Object>Geometry>Add Push Modifier, click OK, it will gain volume, will look all puffy, don't panic, select the dress again, go to Parameters tab, under General there will be now a Mesh Offset section, you'll find the push modifier slider there set at 1.00, reduce to 0.1 or there about, that will fix the poke through most of the time
