I created a new folder on my desktop and unpacked the game there, still the same error, and I honestly don't know where to go because of the Russian language
The desktop is a system folder. Don't use that.
Try something more like C:\Big Brother...
If you are using a Russian (or any other language), and your folder path has non-english characters in it, that can also cause problems. Sometimes this can also cause issues if the user name does too, since it is using your App Data folder for your saves backup.

You do know this game is abandoned, and the quest you're trying to make progress in probably isn't finished.

And you do know that the in game walkthrough only provides tips on content that's actually in the game?

Someone tell me how much netorare content Lisa has, in this version because I was looking at there are several versions of the game.
In all Big Brother games Lisa is in relationship with Max. Max does not steal her from other dude by force or cunning plans. Threesomes with Max and other females probably do not count as netorare. Lisa's interactions with Eric or other dude would not qualify as netorare as at that point in time she is not intimate with Max.
Thanks for the information so I better not get the wrong idea about that type of content that I thought there would be.
