No. These are achievements you need to find and guess on your own, not do everything for you.

I saved the problem by using another save, but it still shows me I did not install the fix correctly

You misunderstood me. I ask you, did you do these things?
All you have to do with the fix is unpack the zip archives and replace the files. All you have to have in the "game" folder is nothing but that:
- cache
- tl
- archive.rpa
- scripts.rpa
If there is a "scripts" folder inside the RPY or RPYC files, the fix will not work properly.
107 disabled in my save for some reason. I think it was LaDe Saturday event.
129 and 130 - don't push 131 achievement to the limit. If you make Alice play with most expensive toy and she gets caught, 129 and 130 will be locked out.
do fitness with the dude until you see him training Alice and Kate. I think you see them when Max can do ten pull ups. If Max already can do it, talk with Alice at 11 and go to gym to get timing right.

guys please help, i'm trying to buy a second car but it said not enuff space in garage, what should i do?
if you have aunties apartment unlocked, put one car in underground parking lot. then take bus to dealership to get second car.
