I think five times is not enough to get required fitness level. IMHO you found them in locker, but Max did not enter the locker room. You are still missing female trainer scene and have to see Alice and Kate next to male trainer. Go to gym until Max can do at least 10 pull ups with the dude.

what is the best way to add the fix the the game?download latest fix from first page and it should go on
download, open archive, extract it in BigBrotherRenPy-0.11-pc\game\ folder, replace all stuff that extracted data asks to replace.

Upon investigation, i don't think the following code in 00gamemenu.rpy works for unix based system (linux/mac).
commenting it out for now, let see what breaks

Mac or Linux?
I don't have these operating systems, I couldn't test the performance of the game on these systems. If you have one of them, I can personally explain how to launch the game.

I downloaded the fix and added to the game. now, everytime I try to pull up the game, it will shut down. anyone know how to fix this on the pc with windows?

All I can assume is that you've done some extra work with the game files. All you need to do is extract the game from their ZIP archive, extract the fix from another archive, and that's it, you can play. If you have extracted or deleted something else, the game may not start for this reason.

In NOX (emulator android): sdcard/Android/data/sisterzz.ru/files/saves
Where and how is the in real android, I do not know, because I do not have such a phone.
