You already had that event. But your save is messed up as variables do not match.

You triggered lessons with Max, Ann and Lisa from original game after events with Ann and Kira from mod. If you are in mod story after 0.16 events and you get dialog with Ann to do lessons with Lisa, do not select that dialog.

According to your save Kira never tought Lisa and Max at night. That's the reason why you are not getting chat to invite Kira for the night. I don't see any normal way to mess that up apart from manually setting bunch of flags in menu or some save editor in order to play game not from the start. Attached save file with poss.guest and kiranight flags fixed.

Give 500$ to Ann every Monday. You lose punishment options, if Max does not support family. If you are not into supporting family, paying 1000$ for private punishments will have same effect.
Your events with Alice and Ann next to TV at 21:00 are not finished. There are more events from original game in that story.

Max talks to Lisa about Alice's punishment (morning 10.00) - the phrase "Hello, Lisa... have a conversation."

If you did event listed in walktrought right above it, rollback to previous day and talk to Lisa first.
You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
These two should not be done in strict order as listed. Talk with Lisa can happen at any time after second film with Alice in 0.20. Last 0.21 patch did not take into account full mess of variables there.

Otherwise tell your poss.guest, poss.car and poss.sed values.

People run out of ideas eventually. Big Brother game designed by Dark Silver has limited control option and limited platform support. Moving to other game is the best thing that people can do.

Story is over in this game. It is open ended rpg. You can watch both endings and then continue playing repeatable events in this game.

Technically 0.22.0.022 also got some changes in icons, extra Vicky beach screens and some image from night with Kira. You might not even notice that slideshow on the beach is slightly different and game would need other release to sort out remaining bugs. You will be fine with 0.22.0.021.
