В общем, решил я всё же купить новый компьютер и не ждать снижения цен. Вчера мне доставили все части. Для меня это была первая сборка, потратил кучу времени.
Сегодня подключил диски и начал тестировать. До сборки я проверял, работают ли элементы. Но после запуска бенчмарков обнаружилась проблема в видеокарте, она скрипит, словно что-то "искрит", но ничего она не задевает. Возможно какой-то брак, буду пытаться оформлять возврат. Проблемная видеокарта - 4090 от Palit. Если мне просто вернут деньги, то возможно придётся взять 4080.
Надеюсь, что удастся вернуть. Деньги большие за эту видеокарту.
Сейчас сижу снова со своего старого компа. Релиз завтра не отменяетcя, просто временyые трудности для создания нового контента.

Anyway, I recently decided to buy a new computer after all and not wait for prices to come down. Yesterday all the parts were delivered to me. It was the first assembly for me, spent a lot of time.
Today I plugged in the disks and started testing. Before the build, I was checking to see if the elements were working. But after running the benchmarks I found a problem in the video card, it squeaks like something is "sparking" but it's not hitting anything. Probably some kind of brogue, I will try to issue a refund. The problem video card is a 4090 from Palit. If I just get a refund, I may have to get the 4080.
I hope to be able to return videocard. That's a lot of money for that video card.
Now I'm sitting again from my old computer. Release tomorrow is not canceled, just temporary difficulties to create new content.

THAT SOUND IS CALLED COIL WIND VERY COMMON IN SYSTEMS AND WHEN NOT LOUD YOU CAN HERE IT.

There's a different sound, not a whistle.
coil whine comes in all sorts of sounds mainly a low pitch static whistle, but there are other sounds if you don't have a powerful enough psu or not giving it enough juice the coil whine ends up being fucking awful it almost sounds like u putting to jumper cables next to each other
a good way to test if the sound is coil whine or not is to listen to it with no load then load up a benchmark program and see if the sound gets worse
my current 4090 has a fucking awful zap noise, i've gotten 2 replacements so far and they have all made the same god awful noise
